JCI provided a very in-depth course that has allowed myself and many others, the tools, knowledge, and experience needed to thrive in the makeup industry. I can walk into the makeup world confident in my skills and abilities. The teachers were all very sweet and friendly while maintaining a professional environment. The knowledge and skills that I have learned from JCI helped me jump-start my career as a makeup artist here in Vancouver.Moreover, lessons are not just related to hair and makeup, but also how to market ourselves through different platforms and social media. My year at JCI was one of the best, most exciting, and fun years of education I've ever had. I feel so grateful for the opportunities and knowledge JCI has given me, and I feel confident and prepared for my future as a makeup artist.
