This was the most unprofessional and most disrespectful clinic experience I have ever encountered. The secretary Tammy made inappropriate CONTINOUS comments regarding my reason for going in the ENTIRE intake process, I was asked private/personal questions which are only to be asked by a doctor, it was very invasive, rude and uncalled for. Then later proceeded to assure my discomfort in the waiting room by more negative comments. Doctor Anthes used very unprofessional terms regarding my extremely delicate reason for attending. The verbal statement I was given during my doctor patient conference was traumatizing because of the unprofessional terms that were used. I left this clinic infuriated and horrified. Great job on making a mockery on all grieving mothers because that is what your clinic staff did, do not go here if you want your problems discreetly handled. Thank you for reading.

STAY AWAY! Waited for 3 hours to the the Doctor, I specifically told him what I needed and what brand to prescribe. He agreed and said he would give me the prescription. I asked for the off brand of what I needed so I wasn't paying 100+ dollars for the prescription. He prescribed the name brand instead so they can charge more at their pharmacy. Bunch of crooks in the medical field.

Please don’t waste your time if dr. Dolores is there. She is ignorant at most unprofessional. Did not even ask me about my medical history and paid least attention when i was describing them. At my fourth visit, while explaining my concerns, she cut me off saying “I can’t help you with anything”.Dr. Anthes is a wonderful doctor but unfortunately i got this lady the past 4 times. I can’t imagine anything positive coming out of a visit if it’s her seeing you. My advice is , check at the counter and if it’s her, RUN.

I am giving one star because Dr Anthes is wonderful and so are the staff. Unfortunately I went on a Friday and Dr. Dolores was there. Soon as I got in I understood why the wait room was empty. She was so cold and lacked any compassion. Did not even make an effort to see what my issue was. She asked me more about my personal life than my medical history. Whole appointment finished within 5 minutes and I left wondering how in the world she was even licensed.Do go somewhere else if she is there. Totally not worth your time.

Dr. Anthes is probably my favorite clinic doctor in town, Dr. Sicheri is also so incredibly smart and both have taken the time with me needed. Tammy is also so kind. I don't have a family doctor and when I need to see a GP I tend to see them. 100% recommend them to everyone, I drive across town for their clinic.

With 1-2 hour wait time. You would expect a proper consultation. I won't deny Dr Anthes is very Humble but that's not the only thing we need. He doesn't give any explanation if you ask him questions and will walk you out of the door which is like an insult. He forgot to ask about me previous history so false diagnosis until he referred to a specialist.Also once I had consulted Dr Sicheri. After listening to my problem she directly referred me to a specialist. But atleast she should tell/talk to me about the general things related to the problem and prevention before I visit the specialist in 2-3 months. 2 hours of wait just in vain for a referral.But I found they are greedy. When many people very coming for medicals they nearly doubled their fee. Thunder Bay needs another place for it.

This place is getting a 2 star review from me.The front desk staff was amazing, she was nice & friendly and if it was just her it would be 5 stars.The Doctor on the other hand... She was rude for absolutely no reason.I usually use Good Doctors but unfortunately they do not have the ability to order MRI's in town. So I came to this walk in with all my ultrasound paperwork, emails & referral/prescription for physio.The e-mail & ultrasound paperwork states that I need an MRI to confirm my injury before scheduling physio. This doctor just kept telling me I need physio and made it an absolute nightmare to get the MRI req.After the 3rd time of her saying I need physio I started to get a little annoyed. I came & sat here for 3 hours for a 5 minute appointment, did my due diligence for bringing in all my paperwork to get talked to like a small child. The tone & attitude was uncalled for and I honestly would have rather waited 12 hours ANY WHERE else to speak to a doctor who is kind and caring.Finally she started asking me the MRI questions so quickly I did not hear half of them so I will make sure to go over them again once I get into the hospital.

Stay away from this place if you want to get your immigration medicals done. The staff is rude and totally negligent on processing the medicals. Just save yourself money and time and get your emedicals done from some place else. Absolutely horrible people.

Very nice staff! DR. Anthes is one of the best doctors I've come across over the years. He's very polite and after chatting with him for a few minutes it's clear how much he enjoys helping people and honestly just cares. He has helped me many times from having tonsil problems and needing them removed to lung infections and other issues. I'm very confident in his diagnosing and treating abilities. He's one of the good ones in Thunder Bay!

States they open at 9:30, however they didn’t start calling names from the sign in sheet until after 10am. We came at 9:15 and was already 10th on the sheet. Beside the first name it said to come back for 10. Why?If you open at 9:30, the dr should start seeing patients at 9:30. So frustrating. No one has seen the dr yet.
