Dr. Rayhaan Dawood

I used to be very ugly then I visited the DR and he helped me gain self confidence and told me not to go thru with the surgery as it was very dangerous.He told me I am beautiful by myself

Very poor work ethic. Takes forever to get an appointment. 4 weeks to get a phone call appointment, then another 4 weeks if he decides to see you in person.CANADIAN HEALTH CARE AT ITS BEST!BILLS THE GOVERNMENT TWICE FOR THE SAME APPOINTMENT!!!

Such a poor experience, I had to switch doctors. They made me feel so uncomfortable and since the appointments are at max 10 mins long, there's never enough time to even fully explain anything or even answer the question you were just asked, which causes repeated misdiagnosis and multiple revisits do discuss the same issues. I've not had one single issue resolved during my 2 years as a patient here and during my last visit was ACCUSED during my appointment of posting a bad review. Well, it's been earned now.

I'm changing doctors. This place is ridiculous they have lost paperwork to approve a leave of absence from my work. They don't tell you that you have to pay for another form to be sent until the doctor fills it out so you leave under the impression you aren't paying to extend your leave. After being called on Monday to say that we had to pay otherwise they wouldn't fax it I went in to pay it only for them to not fax it and they tried to pin the blame on us. There was also issues with medication where 30 tablets was given but there were issues with it so we had to change to a new medicine and gave the old one to the pharmacy but then with the issues with the new medicine we had to go back to the old one but had to pay for it again. The receptionist clearly didn't care and it was the pharmacy at shoppers that did right by refunding the old medicine we gave to them. Got screwed over by this doctor again when picking up the new (by going back to the old) medicine where he issued 90 tablets instead of 30 and never specified the amount because we didn't even go through the original 30. This office also enforces a 10 minute limit on each visit which he is rushing you and will cut you off mid sentence

While Dr. Dawood himself is great - I just can't recommend his clinic.You cannot use any online means to contact the clinic, you must call. You can't leave a message on an answering service as they don't have one - so you must persistently call them in order to confirm, book, cancel, or update anything.The website hours and their actual hours are very different at the moment (due to the pandemic) which is now doubly frustrating as your calls are even more likely to go unanswered. I truly think I'd have more luck dialing the Prime Minister ...

They have been neglecting my sisters condition, she’s hurting and this “doctor” rayhaan has been no help. He should be sued for neglecting patients!

I miss Dr.Lang. I just feel like he doesn't care. Very difficult to get a hold of and never answers the phone and never wants to see you . Is on vacation or away for weeks and weeks. I think he should consider hiring another doctor to cover for his absence and client list.

I would NOT recommend this 'doctor '. I've been suffering with an undiagnosed illness for over 3 years. In my opinion, this person has done very little to help me all during that time. I, the patient, had to tell him to make referrals for me on 2 separate occasions. He sat on 1 of the referrals for 3 months before before acting on it. If you think you have a serious illness, don't waste your time like I did with him. I have finally found another doctor who actually cares about my well being.

I want to start off by saying that Dr. Rayhaan is a great doctor! My previous doctor would always rush me, which meant that he'd end up misdiagnosing my symptoms. Dr. Rayhaan is the exact opposite of that. He takes the time to understand what you're dealing with and going through. His diagnosis' are extremely insightful. He wants to ensure that you're aware of all possible options and/or treatments. He also seems to know a lot about the latest medical trends, issues, treatments and procedures. I feel like I'm in good hands whenever I visit Dr. Rayhaan. I'm never second guessing what he tells me. If you're looking for a caring, vibrant and intelligent doctor then I highly recommend Dr. Rayhaan.P.S. The office is gorgeous! The staff are super friendly as well!

I was a patient of Dr. Lang's for many years. I went through alot with Dr Lang had 2 heart attacks and several blood clots. Along with with lots of mental health appointments. I went to Dr Dawood for the first and only time where I was rushed through. He seemed to have no idea of my history or my Conditions. As a heart patient I would expect my blood pressure and heart rate would have been checked . But it wasn't. Seemed only to want to rush me put and get rid of me. Do not use this Dr. I am lucky enough to have found an aging family Dr. Who cares and wants to help me and make my life longer. I will always miss Dr Lang.
