I use Google reviews to do research for everything I buy and everyone I hire and this is my way of ‘paying it forward’.We live in Springbank and like every acreage owner knows the single most important service we need and the one we most take for granted when functioning properly is our well water.Therefore the most important guy you need to have a good trustful relationship with is the one who makes sure your water supply is started with a properly placed and installed well and just as importantly there for you when you need him to maintain said well. This is so you have the opportunity to sort of forget about your well and take it for granted a luxury for sure.Brett Smith is your guy.As his website describes this is an owner/operator business that allows face to face contact and communication with clearly a very knowledgeable person who makes a point of making you understand how things work so you can identify issues before they become problems. His personable and genuine care for the customer is clear such as our case when water supply was becoming an issue he attended within 24 hrs of our contact. He even apologized for the labor cost when the part a gauge costing five dollars was replaced. Not only did he replace the gauge but he modified the mount making it easier to read and replace in the future thus less labor cost going forward. How refreshing. A skilled tradesman sensitive to labor costs fixing your issue in a manner that makes it more effective than before and cheaper to fix next time. Brett is knowledgeable, professional and offers options to resolve issues. He starts with gathering good data for a baseline and then proceeds after reviewing options and costs. He has serviced my well, cisterns, RO system and conducted water tests for me over the years. I highly recommend Brett for all your well needs.

Brett is super professional. Came out in frigid temps after hours to get our heated water troughs running for our horses. Told me he would be back following week to do permanent repair. Showed up as promised and did great job for a reasonable price. Recommend 120%.

Brett takes care of our water coop repairs and maintenance and is always communicative, on time and works late to make sure we aren’t without water in emergencies. We used Brett at All's Well when we lived in the Millarville area. It was our first acreage, after I asked some locals who I should call to get our well looked at, and water treatment system put in. Brett was extremely knowledgeable, didn't 'oversell' anything and provided us options everytime we used his services. If we ever had issues with our water system, he was there same day, or within 24hrs. He properly tested the water, installed a full water treatment system for our hard water, reduced the high iron and put in an RO system. A couple of years later he put in a 4 season yard hydrant for us that was reasonably priced and we never had any issues with it. Even while his house flooded back in 2013 when we first started using him, he was still servicing clients - which was over and above what anyone would expect. I no longer live in the area, but I highly recommend Brett for any of your water needs. He is a class act, knows how to run a business and keep clients happy.
