Horrible, they don't honor wrong price tags, even though it is their fault for the price mistake. Employees need training to constantly look at their products and where they placed and to check wrong price tags. I picked up 2 items from the additional 50% off and they said someone placed them there. Even after the employee asked the older lady manager" she rudely says no that is the price

Went with my wife, felt like we were judged on how we look from majority of the staff, quite disgusting. Eventually got good service from one young lady, thank you to her. But my wife seem to like there products.My motto, ain't paying for bad service, especially for discrimination, to many of other options out there.

This place is perfect the outlet has a great selection of items and the prices were excellent!!! I got some cute sleepwear sets and a comfy, large, warm hoodie!

We had a few visits to this store. Depending on management out experiences vary. The first time they did not want to apply some discount codes we had from work, I think they didn't know how to do it. The other time some issues with return policy and the last one smooth with an online return. The staff at oshawa are better if you don't want to deal with any issues.

I love this location I come from Scarborough to do shopping here the prices are easonable on so many things the staff are nice they asked to help me so many times even though I didn't need help the store is full of stuff keep up that way nice place.

Very disappointed with the snarky attitude of a woman named “Sue” I hope no body has to encounter her if they need customer service. I understand it’s the holidays and everyone is stressed but I was being very pleasant to her and another very nice cashier who was trying to help but oh my gosh just so bitter and short. I think this lady needs a day off or maybe out of the customer service field. Retail needs to do better at la vie be rose clearly

First time leaving a review anywhere so excuse any errors!I usually go here often for any cute gifts or for my self! Always had a good experience. But last time I went there to get a gift, they said that the items were exchange only but the pajama set I was able to exchange or return for refund. Understandable!I go there a few days later to return the pajama set and waited in long line for them to tell me it's exchange only - even though when I bought it, I was told otherwise (plus the receipt doesn't state that either). Must've been miscommunication - so I ask for gift card instead as I didn't know what else to pick at the moment and it was busy but they refused that as well. So I left the pajama set there and quickly went to get something of same value and when I approached the cashier she told me to wait in long line again. The only reason I'm writing this is because I've worked in retail myself for years and I understand certain return policies - but I also know exception can be made and if not that, having me wait in line for another 20 minutes again didn't make a lot of sense.. Also I saw another customer who was refused a return - getting a refund approved by the manager right in front of me..I don't know how to act like a karen" so maybe that's why I didn't get a refund but it kinda sucked to have this experience. :/"
