Branch manager is particularly helpful. We regularly rent from here and cars are generally tidy and well kept. The only minor issue is that on some occasions they have insufficient staff covering the main office when Brandon flights come into the city at the airport.

I have rented numerous vehicles from this location over the past 8 years. No matter who is assisting you, the customer service is always top notch, above and beyond. Usually renting a car is a hassle but this place is the exception. Couldn't recommend this Enterprise location more.

Lied to multiple times. Refused a car for MPI replacement claim. Were told by one lot we'll get you one from a dealer" and when we actually went the next day we were told there would be nothing available from any of their lots for over a week

If I could, I would put -5 stars!I reserved a car for September 7 via the Internet,came to pick up at the specified location, but they didn't like my debit/visa card.FORMS OF PAYMENT POLICYThe following forms of payment are accepted for the rental.VISA®MasterCard®American Express®Debit Cardthey charged 118 dollars for the reservation and left me without a car. Thank you very much for the service!I don't want to be a customer in this service!

Shockingly bad service from the manager Hassan. Had originally spoken to Chelsea who was very helpful but transpired she gave wrong rate (i understand rates do change and mistakes happen). However it was Hassan's lack of customer service that really shocked me ! Having been a customer of Enterprise for many years and working in customer service myself - I expect way more professional conduct from a branch manager. I asked for the name of customer service manager and was told I would find it online ! Appalling customer service - clearly the life time value of a customer does not matter to Hassan at Enterprise in Brandon, MB.

Called and reserved a vehicle they told me a week waiting time, so called back 8 days later then they said they should have called me already which they didn’t. So frustrating especially after not having a vehicle for a month due to mpi claim.
