Very good customer service. Called ahead and got most of the information I was looking for. Showed up and the person working offered to give me an explanation of the product I was looking to buy. Walked out with the right thing I was looking for. They charged me the wrong amount and I came back with the item and the receipt and they refunded me the over charge without question.

These guys will change the prices of games when they know they might be the only place that has them. A retail store upping the price of a new game by $20 almost feels like scalping.

If you're a gamer, I recommend you stop by this place and browse through the items in the store as there is a wide range of video games stuff to choose from. You'll definitely find something you like. Great friendly customer service.

This is the best game store in Saskatoon by a mile. They always have new stock in their used games and a lot of it. It's rare I walk in and back out without something. The guys working there are quick to ask if I need help and just as quick to spot when I want to just look over the old games for myself. They also get new products in from limited run companies, often very obscure games you would need to order directly. When a new release drops going here is a no-brainer as they always have plenty of stock.

Prices are okay, unless you discount the fact that some items like consoles they sell are sold at a hefty price and there is almost always something wrong with the console or gaming device, also you can attempt to sell 60 items and they'll still only give you $20 and sometimes even less as $10 yet much more in credits... because of course they do, other than that they are an okay place to buy and sell from.
