BarBURRITO, a name I often found odd for a burrito joint, has lived up to its name, making it the best fitted name because they’ve literally set the bar in terms of standards set for food quality and service.I travel across Ontario in my job and will google to see if a BarBURRITO is in the town I’m visiting. This location was 100% consistent with other locations. The portions were generous, the courteous staff were pleasant and always delightful to place orders with.The air conditioning was broken that day, so it was smeltering hot. I could see the unit had drainage issues, needing to be replaced. I hope it’s been fixed as I need to be back there in a few weeks.But other than that, everything was perfect. I dare not try burritos anywhere else anymore, even if this location is hot as hell!! Lol

I visited this location and Oder burritos staff is very friendly their customer service is excellent and they are so quick . Food taste so good and fresh in affordable price.definitely recommend this place

We spent $35 on dinner for two and it was a complete waste of money. The chicken sandwich had way over deep fried chicken, and I only ate a few of the loaded fries because they were covered in too much ground beef that didn't look fully cooked. The chips on the side were much too salty and tasted stale, the guacamole was brown, and the queso was like a fake plastic cheese and gross. Even the burrito was extra salty. Its basically taco bell quality but for more money. Will not be returning, and wish I didn't spend this much money.

This happened second time at this location. As you can see in the picture, timings mentioned are upto 9 p.m. on 26th December. I reached here at 8. The store was closed. There was one employee inside cleaning and did not respond to knocking. This is very unethical behaviour for a well reputed franchise.

Went in for a burrito asked for a white wrap got told they didn’t have any left and she gave us a whole wheat one instead, which we weren’t okay with…another customer comes in asked for a white wrap and gets it… not sure what the girls problem was working the closing hour on July 21th 2022…Pretty rude if you ask me… if there was a manager on site I suggest talking over with your employees because we didn’t come in wanting rude service but instead it’s what we got.Yes this is an updated review…

I have visited other Bar Burrito locations and the quality was really good so I thought I would give this one a try. I ordered two beef soft&hard shell tacos and two extreme fries. The beef was very soupy, the tomatoes looked to be diced over a day old (or overly ripe), and the lettuce was turning brown. I made a comment while I ordered about how the lettuce looked brown, staff just shrugged...so not reassuring to how long it had been sitting there. I would go to BarBurrito in Kitchener again, but not this location unfortunately.

Hello it is vey important that if food is healthy and hygienic or not, we are not paying for getting unhygienic food. The owner of this store is not caring about the cleaniness for the store. That is very disgusting and disrespectful for the people who trust that burrito is healthy and brand is getting degraded bcz of alottt of dust and inappropriate about food quality too please i would request if head office can look into matter. There were alot of flies and in food what i ordered it felt like dust Particles in that and it is not one time thing two times its been same. I would request a food quality inspection becz to make sure quality is apt. I just got few pics flies all over the counters but these were also on food
