My Fiance and I are regulars at this location. We go probably too many times a week. Normally the customer service is excellent and the people at the window are so friendly. We ordered 5 beverages for us and our family waiting at home. 3 of which were icecapps. They were all half full. My Fiance asked nicely if we could fill the ice capps up as normally when we go its properly filled. And there was a problem with that. We were told they couldn’t fill them up anymore. We asked again nicely as they were just half full. If they are all half full it means were would be paying 15 dollars for and ice capp and a half?? Unfortunately for some reason asking these particular employees was an issue. We were told that due to the fact that “they were getting in trouble for overfilling beverages, so they in fact were actually properly filled.” (They were most definitely not) My Fiance and I felt confused as we didn’t understand why we were being met with an aggressive argument. We were shown a piece of paper where the one female employee said that “thats how we are supposed to fill them” even tho there was literally more in the diagram then our cups. Normally when the drive thru is a little busy and you get an underfilled beverage, the staff has no issues correcting it. We offered to pull in front to let them clear the drive thru so that we could have the size of drink we paid for. This was not ok and after being aggressively told they didnt want to fill our drinks up ; they did. It made us both very uncomfortable as we had never had an experience like that there until this weekend. My Fiance even explained that he wasnt mad or frustrated with anyone; he just wanted what he was paying for and was ignored. I dont know what happened ; I just know that if your paying almost 5 dollars for a large icecapp you certainly dont want it half full. Made us reconsider going to that location as you dont expect confrontation at the window over a small mistake. Normally the staff here is really kind and on point, but this weekend really ruined it for us. And the creamy chill machine has been broken for about 3 weeks now at least. Its starting to feel like the wild west around there, i hope they figure it out. I also hope that noone else is met with this kind of customer service. It makes me feel very uncomfortable at the idea of going back there. We just wanted our drinks filled to where they are supposed to be.

Most rude staff I’ve experienced from every province I’ve been to. Correct your staff. It isn’t hard for them to acknowledge customers. Absolutely disgusting. Haven’t heard one good thing before I came to this Tims and they were all right. Step it up have a customer service day I’ve managed several Tim Hortons. Two times I’ve been through now and not one time they say hi or bye or thank you or anything they just toss your stuff at you. Horrible. Definitely worth driving else where. Better service with a smile.

So this kid has me this donut in a bag. I’m in my car in five minutes away so I’m not going back. But in fact I’m never going back. They actually sell stuff like this? In my opinion this is unacceptable.

Consistently good experience from the food and drink served.Coffee was made to exact specifications.The food was freshly cooked, hot, and put together nicely.The staff were friendly and the environment was clean and bright.

This Tim Hortons is always disorganized. Staff is constantly unprofessionally running around and scrambling even when it is not busy at all. Even with no one behind you in the drive through and a very small order, they tell you to go park in front to wait for your order. When parking in front is refused, your order is done within a couple minutes. But when you go park to wait for your food , it sometimes takes them 10 minutes to bring it out and your food is cold or order is incorrect. The staff doesn’t give the customer a moment to set their drink in the cupholder before they are basically shoving your food in the vehicle. Have had this experience here multiple times.

Do not eat here with Allergies. You could end up in the hospital like me.I bought a simple coffee and was given the wrong order. I got a coffee with almond milk and ended up with anaphylactic shock in the hospital and had a seizure while they tried to get medications in me. Ended up not leaving the hospital till midnight. If you have allergies don’t eat here for your own safety

Horrible! Toasted bagels were so cold the butter didn't even melt. The cream cheese on one and butter on the other was just a glob in the centre. Not even anyone else in line so being busy wasn't an excuse. If we were eating in, I would've took them back for a redo.

Never have the THING on thier board... and thier NEW fuller Boston cream have so little in them it's a joke.Made it 3/4 into one before I found a small glob of cream.Also...stop asking me to wait out front for my order...last time they actually forgot a lot me. Had to go I and ask for my order.
