Ivy charging station is useless for Tesla owners. It looks like a wonderful decoration to the rest of the amenities available at this Onroute, but not more. It simply doesn't work. After playing with the app and charging station buttons for 15 minutes, I couldn't make it work vs. Supercharger's plug&play capability. Poor technology starts with massive weight of the plug itself, which is 10 times heavier than original Tesla's plug.

Nice and clean ON route stop with a Tourist Kiosk for brochures.My family and I visited this place on our way to Port Elgin in the summer of 2021. Yes, the staff seemed a bit too strict when I stepped in to get brochures and INFO of the area, but I guess it was necessary due to COVID. Still, the gave me everything I needed (even a free Ontario Map 2019).

Reasonably clean. Stayed overnight in the car parking area. Truck and road noise but not too bad. Slept well.

Convenient stop, was very busy and presume that it's a constant stream of people going in and out. Some wet spots on the bathroom floor but otherwise, nice little spot to take a pit stop!

I got food poisoning from popeyes, they had only coke products available on their multi soda machine...avoid popeyes here

It is a beautiful place with plenty of facilities for the traveling public. We did enjoy during our travel.

Nice service Center. Clean and not so crowded. Though it's not very big compare to other location. It has Tim's and Burger King and Freshii. With the tourism center and bank machine. It has gas station and picnic area too.We have our dog while traveling. It's a nice stop for our pet to relax a bit before heading out for a long drive going East.

Convenient! This OnRoute stop is perfect for a quick stop while traveling. I stopped in the travel information centre to get a map of Ontario and received great help from the employees. There are walls of information about attractions in the area as well as souvenirs. This building also houses a market shop, Tim Horton's, Burger King, and a CIBC atm. Three is a also a convenience store and gas station here.
