Sierra sent two window washers who were both sweet, considerate, and careful. I had to go out but totally trusted them to be working inside my house in my absence. They were super careful to not let my pets go outside, as instructed. My dog liked them! (very important). By the time I got home they were done. They left my windows sparkling and kindly replaced the bug screens as well. I want to use this company on an annual basis please.
