Glazen Nails

Jessica Nguyen has been doing my nail fills and design for a couple of years. She takes great care from start to finish and if she sees any problems she just takes care of it and doesn’t charge for it. (Such as removing dry cuticles which many other salons charge for.) She listens to what I would like and offers ideas. I have always been highly satisfied with all of her services. (Nails, design, pedicure, waxing and tinting). She is very friendly and professional. The pricing at this salon is very reasonable and less than some other salons. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend Glazen Nails.Aside from the exceptionally kind and helpful receptionist, the staff I have interacted with have been stand-offish, unpleasant, and overall unwelcoming.I had a shellac manicure with Doreen, who was very rough with my hands during my appointment despite my telling her that I had a small healing cut on the tip of my finger. I wasn't particularly happy with her nail art either, nor the unreasonable +15 dollar charge on a design that 1. Wasnt complex and 2. Was poorly done.After approaching the receptionist, she was very helpful with my complaint but the manager seemed like she was inconvenienced which made me feel like my experience was just getting worse - though she went ahead and made it somewhat more bearable.Despite my hatred for my shellac nails set from Glazen Nails: I put up with it. Lo and behold, a week later and the botched job gets worse - Doreen or the Manager must have filed my nail too thin and didn't let the shellac set properly and my nail itself SNAPS! EXTREMELY painful. I call hoping to take advantage of 1 thing from this nail salon - their 1 week free warranty! During my appointment, I never felt more uncomfortable as the workers there spoke in a different language, kept giggling, and were very cold when speaking to me. They even made me pay despite their free fix"

its honestly a hit or miss. I only go when everywhere else is booked and most times its been really bad. they were only good when they first opened now it just feels like they hire anyone for the money. the guy that did my nails didn't even greet me and ask what I wanted just grabbed my hand?? and i told him it was my first time getting a set so I didn't know the process but every time I asked him something or commented to fix something he would shrug and proceed to talk in viet to the girl next to him and they kept laughing. felt so stupid being there. he rushed the job, barely got the nails to match after I kept nagging to fix it and unsurprisingly the same night my thumb cracked on the side. I didnt even wanna go back to the place to fix it cz it was such an unpleasant experience. ALSO the table was dirty clearly used before and not cleaned, the instruments were all dirty, he barely gave me a manicure, and his nails were really dirty like thats just a no no if youre working in a nail salon. anyways im sure theres a couple good techs there but overall not the best atmosphere and staff. Wont see me again.

Make sure tho that the lady you book to do a design can actually do it. I had to wait for a different lady to do mine as the one I had my appointment with couldn't get it right.Kim did the blue ones, thank you for your attention to detail and making sure they were what I asked for.Kim is the wonderful woman I book all my appointments with as she has such an attention to detail and wants to make sure its right, even before asking what you think.

Not a bad place and the price is average. Not a fan of the girls talking in their native language and then laughing at the customers; the poor girl sitting beside me was so confused and humiliated when the technician held up her hand pointed at her finger nail said something that we couldn't understand and then proceeded to laugh. Not my idea of exemplary customer service.

Great place. My nail tech did an amazing job and got me the design i wanted :)

Came here for the first time for a pedicure and likely won’t return, my heels have been so sore since my appointment as the callus removal was way too aggressive and removed not only my calluses but also my healthy skin. The massage chair I was seated in was not functional and I was left under the dryer for 30 minutes before I eventually had to flag someone down to ask if I was finished and if I could leave, my nail technician was busy doing someone else’s manicure and obviously forgot about me. Not a great experience whatsoever.

I really loved the shape of my nails, Kate did a great job :)
