La Luxe Nail Bar

I am writing this review as I wait for my pedicure to get finished. I came here with my friend for our APPOINTMENT and we had to wait over 15 minutes for it to start. When we made it to the pedicure chairs my pedicure didn't start for 25 minutes, meanwhile my friend's was almost done. After waiting for someone to do my toes a lady sat down to work. She got up every few minutes to do something else and it felt like I would never get what I paid for. It is VERY rude to talk loudly to co-workers when you are supposed to be delivering a relaxing pedicure. I would not recommend this salon to ANYONE booking groups or even for someone looking for a relatively relaxing experience.

Visiting my hometown after a very long time and needed to get my nails done. Came to this salon just down the street from home. Called the salon direct to see if I needed to book an appointment... spoke to Mike who is just so pleasant to speak with. He was very clear and concise not too mention, polite. Upon arriving at the salon, I got to see Mike interact with all his customers... his customer service is exceptional, he is very pleasant to speak with. Both of my nail techs were super kind and did excellent work... both were efficient as well! The ambience and decor is inviting and maintained excellently - definitely feels luxe. Important to note, they didn't cheap out on the chairs! They are super comfy and the massage control is excellent!! I will definitely be back next time I'm in town and you got my referral if any of my London peeps ask which salon to go to!!!Shout out Kim & Bell! Thank you! :)

This place is my FAVOURITE nail salon ever. Mimi and staff take wonderful care and attention to what they are doing. Everytime I leave my nails look perfect. They are welcoming and have a very beautiful and clean space. They accommodate big groups for weddings and girl spa days. Plus, they do a great job on kids manicures. I do/would HIGHLY recommend this nail salon to anyone and everyone. You know it’s good when I drive from the east end!! Keep up the good work guys!!!

This is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to in London. The customer service here is impeccable!It takes a couple weeks to find an appointment here but that is an extremely good sign of a great nail salon. There are many returning customers at this location because of how good a job they do and are always wanting to make sure they pleased their customers. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I had my wedding nails done here, as well as all my nails for various family photos and just for fun! I love that they remember my name when I come in here and are always asking about my family.Thank you Thi and everyone else for the great job you do!

I had a great experience! It was relaxing and the ladies were great! Thumbs weren't perfect as you can see but I honestly didn't notice until I got home and it's not even a big deal, you really have to look. I got my toes done the same and I love 'em! Totally recommend!

I have been going to La Luxe Nail Bar since it opened a number of years ago. Each and every time I go and get a fill and/or a pedicure, I am instantly welcomed and treated with such kindness. Everyone is so personable, and cares about the clients in which they serve. The owners are very forward thinking, proactive, and on top of every little detail. I appreciate the open communication about appointments and products! Mimi is outstanding at what she does - she knows the perfect colour for all situations, and takes such pride in what she does to ensure your nails look AMAZING!! The Nail Bar is spotless and meticulously kept, as constant cleaning is happening throughout the visit. I have always felt very safe all throughout Covid. If you're looking for the BEST nail salon in London, you've found it at La Luxe Nail Bar!! Such a nice range of colours, and extremely talented people who work there that will make your nails stand out above anyone else's nails!!

I was there Monday 16th around 6pm, It was great to come back and see you guys, I got my nails done ( i cant remember her name I think her necklace read “Katie”) she was amazing! My nails are literally perfect,Perfect shape, colour, she took her time to do a flawless work even tho it was almost closing time. I love this about your place, you can be 100 sure you’ll get an amazing experience. Thank you guys, I’ll always recommend the best nail bar in London, la luxe nail bar. ❤️

A little disappointed in my experience here at La Luxe. I drove all the way from Woodstock to give this place a try as I've only heard great things. First off, I asked for gel and they gave me acrylic even after I asked if it was acrylic they told me no it's gel but from my experience and what I've been told gel comes straight from a container that looks like gel and acrylic is liquid dipped into a powder. Secondly, a few nails are way off, it looks glumpy...I asked if she could fix it but she told me no as the application was already complete so I had to fix them at home. On a good note the staff is very friendly and on top of things, I was a little late due to a snow storm but they had no problem getting me in immediately. The nail tech did a good job on the length and colour, that's something I'm happy with. Overall, the experience was nice but unfortunately I won't be returning.

I’ve been coming to this salon for about a year now and have referred dozens of people. It is my go to salon, and I will never go anywhere else. I have never been to a salon where the nail techs are all equally as amazing. Super friendly and kind staff, and an amazing environment. You must book your appointment ahead of time due to the fact they are so booked, but there is a reason for that, they are the best in London!!
