The new management is really improving things a lot in this apartment. I can visibly see the difference in the way it is being managed now as compared to the past. Lina is super helpful and very polite. She listens to the issue and goes all the way to make sure that it is getting resolved and taken care of. Something I have not seen in past. With the changes in the office staff, I believe the apartment is in really good hands now.

I have been a resident since 2 years and I have had no major issues so far. Any issues I had, building admin Lina took care of it.

So far not enjoying my experience at Gelena towers. There's a heavy vibration coming from one of the units around me at night time that goes on all night. Or atleast for a couple of hours after I go to bed.. keeps me up all night. Its been like this since day 1. Its really bad on my hearing. And white noise doesn't cover a vibration. I turn on the air conditioning fan to try and cover it aswell but that doesn't help either.Most nights im left crying my eyes out just hoping for it to be resolved. The maintence say they can't stop anyone from running a machine over night like a dish washer . But it's on from night until morning.. probably going to move out if issue not resolved. Doing my head in.

The building rep Favid Nadirpore is very helpful and deserves 5 starts. However, this is considered a luxury apartment and I’m having to call maintenance every other week to get my hot water working again. They launched an app to place maintenance requests and did not supply sufficient I striction or support. I’m unable to even log on.

The apartments are a great size and love having our own furnace to control along with washer and dryer. We have a new maintenance person Tom Bastien and he is doing an excellent job getting things caught up after not having anyone for a short time. The only concern with the building is visitor parking, doesn’t seem to be enough. Overall great location and apartments.After living here for over a year my review has changed a lot, no one seems to care about anything in the building. They have a real problem with hot water and visitor parking is a big problem. If you have any issues they are ignored. Lots of empty apartments rent is to high. Would not recommend to anyone.

Totally not a luxury apartment people in the amenities room basically live there with no socks kicking up their dirty feet on the table. People roaming the halls late at night talking SO loud on their phone at 3 am that you can hear them from your bedroom. Absolutely no security. Not even a year living here AC system is leaking. Plumbing is absolutely horrible sometimes you walk into the building and it smells like STRAIGHT sewage… disgusting as this is considered “Luxury”. They state their name as GREENWIN, I have requested a Tesla charger a few months and have got no updates then after following up three months later all I’m told is “we need to get permits etc etc.”

Edit: Lowered review due to kids constantly kicking soccer balls into cars in visitor parking, which has been happening for over a year with no intervention. It's quite difficult to have guests when I tell them that there's a risk that their car is going to be damaged, I've counted 4 cars hit in under a minute in the past. Previous review can be seen below:Units are quite spacious and new, so no issues with bugs etc, plus furnace/climate control works well (With humidity control), very nice counter space, great water pressure/heat, good balcony privacy, each unit has its own furnace. Amenities are quite nice with a free gym and a rec room with a billiard table. Very close to pretty much any store you'd need which is great. Management is quite nice, and very helpful when they are available, plus they've been quite forgiving/chill with things while still making the apartments a good atmosphere. Overall nice place and I've felt very good living here, however here's some things to note for anyone considering (With a grain of salt as this is my first apartment):- Parking lots tend to have garbage/mulch that blows through, and can collect in certain spaces (aka mine haha)- Parking is quite expensive, and the lot is cramped. Underground parking is taken but I still got covered parking.- I've almost always gotten my packages, but deliveries can get confused due to having building A and B which delays things.- Some notices for check-ins etc are given with around 48-hour notice, or at least end-of-week notice. Not sure what would happen if I was away and I'm sure this is standard, I'm just not used to it.- Some of the pet owners aren't very courteous and will let their pets poop in places like the elevator, however management has dealt with most cases- No way to do any barbecuing- Quite pricey (Although in 2022 that's expected)- Decent location but crossing the roundabout as a pedestrian can be scary, since the cars go quite fast on this road (70km+) and some don't stop. I usually take my car if I do groceries across the road- Management tends to have trouble responding to email or being in-office, however they are very good with picking up the phone and are very helpful. Just be ready to make phone calls if you have issues. Not their fault since they need to do stuff like go to the bank etc so they may not be in person all the time.Keep in mind, I've lived here for quite a while now so those issues aren't very frequent, but it is something that could have helped me make a decision before. Overall, I've been happy living here though!

Units have a great space built with In Unit Washer Dryer, the Units also come with a Dishwasher. There is always quick service whenever a maintenance request is submitted by the team. The best residential team who have always been available at a call for any help.

I do NOT recommend renting here for the following reasons.1) Our rent went up by almost $500 in 1 year !!! A 1 bedroom apartment here will cost you close to $2500 with parking and utilities. Absolutely ridiculous even if it was legal.2) Rec rooms have people that practically live there, because a bunch of apartments have 15 people living in them.3) Security is lacking, people roam around freely through multiple entrances that are often left wide open.4) We agree that maintenance is great here, but we can’t say the same about Management. We find Lina to be dismissive and lacking in communication and customer service skills.5) This is absolutely NOT a luxury building like advertised. The finishing of the apartments, and the appliances are below average standards let alone luxurious ones.

Farid did a great job at fixing the floor tiles. He cleaned everything after work and was very polite and accomodating. Really great to have him in the building maintainence team.
