Very bad business model- just to drop old modem from fido waited for one only rep to service clients. Very happy that run away from such bad service/price provider.

After dealing with Centerpoint mall rogers, I decided to go here. Devanshi was excellent. Calmly explained what the deal was and helped me get it done. Tanya helped with the phone data transfer and truly went out of her way to do. I also witnessed an interaction between one employee and who I think is a manager. The manager was very open, accommodating, and encouraging to the unwell employee. This is a place you should go. Don't forget it is a rogers and they are limited inside that, but they are so much better than a lot of the rest. Cheers guys. Thx
