Led me to believe they'd be coming within the week after calling on a Tuesday afternoon and providing my address. Never came nor scheduled a time for repair. Texted asking for a date and time again after the weekend. No reply. Called a different company and they were at my house in less than an hour.

I am over the moon happy with job done by Sam! The door took a bit to come in but once it did Sam was there the next day putting it in and it looks AMAZING!! My husband even commented on how impressed he was with the workman ship and what a great job he did! I would recommend this company in a heart beat!

Had an appt booked with this company to have a door opener install for Friday in the morning. I had to call them on Friday morning to see what time they were coming out. Sam indicated that they had another job that came up and he was going to call us on Thursday (yesterday) to let is know that his plans had changed but of course he didn’t! During our conversation he said he would get back to me shortly as he was going to see what he could do, he never called back-surprise, surprise! I called him back and he stated that he wouldn’t be out and that he would not do the job - great customer service, so much for supporting small business in the community! DO NOT recommend this business.
