Signal Hill Visitor Centre
The staff at this place are really on top of things and know their stuff. They've got a fantastic display of historical artifacts that we found incredibly interesting and surprisingly easy to grasp.And we were pleased to find that the washrooms are clean, and they've got plenty of seating options both inside and outside for your convenience.

EV charging at the site made our trip possible. 2-4 50KW DCFC stations would be a big step up for those visiting from a long way away. Worth the trip even with COVID restrictions.

Beautiful views of the harbor and the City of St. John's. Walked up to the top of the tower and had a great view. There is a gift shop up there as well.

After some serious jogging all the way from downtown towards the top of the Signal Hill, it's very nice to take a break here. There happened to be a big Yoga session going on. It was amazing to see so many people practice together

One of the best vistas ever. However ther are no facilities once you are on the route so go easy on the coffee before hand

Visitor Centre staff were very friendly, helpful and helped us plan an afternoon visit after arriving on the plane. Clean, free washrooms, and nifty cafe were handy before we set out on our Signal Hill visit.

Signal Hill Visitor Centre
Nice visitor centre with a few parking spots. This is about 1/3 of the way up the full hill to the Queen's Barracks, and is a nice stopping point especially if you're walking or running up and down. There's a small cafe on site and some restroom facilities. The view from behind/beside the visitor centre is beautiful especially on a clear day and you can see quite far already, especially if you don't want to make the full trek up the hill.

It has a great little exhibit on telecommunications and military history of the area. The shops in the building close for the winter season.
