I was next door to this store..I did not go in to Dorez-vous

Went into this location to physically try out a select few mattresses we had narrowed down for my mother, who has chronic pain and sleep issues. We started walking around the showroom looking at the names on the mattresses to find the ones we were looking for and the salesperson - immediately and unsolicited - let us know that the mattresses we were standing in front of were 5000$ and 15 000$. Whether she intended it as such, the way it was stated was incredibly insulting. She then proceeded to follow us around for the first little while and insist on providing unsolicited advice despite use repeatedly letting her know we had spoken at length with a phone sales rep to minimize our time and interactions in-store under the current health and safety regulations. Overall, a really unpleasant experience at this location.

Unfortunately, the pillow is not as firm as the exact same one we bought about 1 1/2 years ago. Maybe they changed the firmness! The service however was excellent!

This is the best place to purchase a bed. The staff are friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to get you the bed you want at best price. The delivery of the bed and removal of my old bed was a simple and easy process.I highly recommend if you are looking for a bed to go to Dormez-vous!

The store was able to deliver to my new apartment in Ottawa in a very timely manner. The delivery people were very respective and had no issue getting my mattress to me on the 4th floor. The salesperson was able to access the mattress I wanted even though it had been on sale the week before, he was able to extend the sale to me on the day I was in the store. He located a mattress in another city to fit that sales deal.

The bed was great and at an amazing price but the customer representative was horrible! The man didn’t greet us ignored us and we had to go ask for help, he was very cold during the entire encounter! I would not recommend the location at plateau at all!

Catherine Goulet is amazing, takes the time with you to find the right one, works hard to get you a deal in your budget. Not pushy and not too distant. The best service I’ve ever had in a very very long time! Highly recommend!

They advertise a mattress on sale to lure you into the store to get you interested, so you go to the store for more information but they don't have any in the store for you to check or any more information about the product, so they try to sell you a more expensive one.
