I live across the street and paid for my gf to come here for Valentine's day because it was convenient and she likes getting her nails done.I'm not going to pretend I know anything about nails, but the next day 90 percent of hers had fallen off and it was clear the lady who did them was likely new and didn't know what she was doing.I run a business and mistakes happen, but instead of having her come back in and get them fixed by one of your experienced people, you decided to give her the same girl who didn't know what she was doing. And as you guessed it they were done poorly and began to fall off the next day again.I will not be recommending this place again.

My favourite place to get my nails done. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. My daughters gel nail polish came off within a couple of days and they offered to redo them at no cost. I’ve been going here for many years.

Easy to book and great service! Made me feel really comfortable as a male client. Brought my girlfriend as well and she really liked her nails! Will be coming back!

If you want a builder gel manicure or a nice pedicure this is not the place to go. I recently moved to the neighbourhood and wanted to use the local nail salon, and was super disappointed. The service was not worth the $126 (after tip) I spent here (it was clearly the tech’s first week & I didn’t want to make her life more difficult so I tipped & left without complaining.1st appointment was on Saturday for a Mani/Pedi, pedicure lasted 28 minutes in total (no top or base coat, super patchy colour), was left in toe spreaders on the floor while my manicure was done. My feet were freezing by the end, so much so that the tech actually commented on how cold they were. No hot towel & minimal massage, definitely not what is described on their website. The tech did not know how to do a builder gel manicure because by the next day, every nail had air bubbles and starting peeling off my nails. By Monday, 9 came off completely.2nd appointment was today (Tuesday), they gave me the same tech who did my nails before & I left disappointed again. The application is lumpy and doesn’t even reach the entire nail bed on every nail (some edges have no gel at all), there was gel cured to my skin & overall time spent cuticle care is severely lacking.I definitely won’t be back and will now have to spend extra time & money to get a new pedi/mani elsewhere. I really wanted to give them a chance to have fix their mistake but am confused why I would be given the same tech who clearly didn’t know how to do the service requested. It was an uncomfortable situation to be put in as she is obviously new, and I was not going to request another tech in front of her, plus the only other 2 techs there were already with other clients. Overall just really disappointed by the whole experience.

I have gotten my nails done by Negin over the past few years and absolutely love her work. She is super kind and attentive and is amazing at doing nail art. She’s always prepared to do whatever ideas I come with and executes them perfectly! Will continue to get my nails done with her!

I have been going to this salon for five years. I've had nothing but the best service for my manicures and pedicures by all staff. I've had Shadi take care of my nails for the last three years and she's amazing!! Super nice, friendly and good at her job. Erica, thank you for having such amazing people work for you. If you are looking for great service and great results Inlet nails is the place to go.

I've been to this nail salon a bunch of times and ended up having a really unfortunate manicure once.That said, the manager followed up with me after I shared my experience and offered to redo my nails at no cost.Although I was upset with my previous experience, the manager was very gracious with me and redid my nails wonderfully. I would 100% go back now and am very thankful for the way I was treated!

I had a fantastic experience with Shadi! After picking from the nail samples, the actual polish was too bright for me. I showed Shadi a picture of what I was looking for and she picked a perfect shade. I was so in love and the manicure lasted a very long time.

I was happy to get a last minute appointment on Mother's Day. Emily was great - she took her time and paid attention to the small details of the manicure and made sure I was happy. I would recommend this nail salon for sure!
