I made an appointment with OK Tire last week to get my winter tires changed over. I arrived early on Friday and dropped off my vehicle with the understanding that the work would be completed that afternoon. I phoned them twice towards the end of the day to confirm pickup. The guy on the first phone call was quite evasive and dismissive when I said I was running late but would be there on or around closing time. He couldn't guarantee anyone would be there so I took my chances. I called again to confirm I would be there to settle the bill and pick up my car. This time I got a different person and he assured me he would be there when I arrived. When I got there I was told that they had forgotten" to complete my tire change over! I don't understand how I got forgotten as I had spoken to a minimum of three people in the process of the day. How does a company forget about a vehicle sitting in their parking lot - especially when they had my keys? I know that mistakes can happen

Went in for a front end issues and have my summer tires put on they put the summer tires on then took it for a test drive said my brakes were bad and rotors so I got them replaced Drove the car it pulls to the right and shakes took it back the lad took it for a test drive said I needed a right wheel bearing and there was a dent in my rim. Guess they did not take it for a test drive after the work was done I just thought that maybe when the brakes were being done they would have looked at the bearings as the lad told me the bearings usually go around that 200,000 mark and that's what my car is almost at So they want another 3 hours plus labor for the wheel bearings NOT HAPPY taking it somewhere else

I recently had tires mounted and balanced at the Redwater location. I was very pleased with the job and the price. Thank you for the great service.

Hub bearing wasn't torqued blew my front end apart, called waited all day and didn't get a call back. Go elsewhere as I am now replacing an axle, all 4 ball joints, 3 tie rods (4 as a set), and a hub bearing on my dime without so much as a call back.Update ok tire incorrectly installed leveling keys, which lead to the failures. Still being ignored and ended up taking it elsewhere out of pocket again.

Good service, had a quick appointment for a tire swap on my van. Had good advices from them !

Amazing so helpful. Tire blew on 63 near there closing time. They stayed half hour late to fix the tire. Would make the drive from Fort McMurray just to use them

Blew my tire on the way back to cold lake from Edmonton, they were instantly willing take me in right at the end of their shift at 5:00pm. Quickly fixed up my tire and installed it. I was back on the road fast. Very good service, wonderful people to deal with and did a great job! Thank you!
