I received a new carry on bag from my husband and had difficulty getting the lock code to work. I took it to the Bentley outlet at Markville Mall as I assumed that was where my husband purchased the item. The store manager, Slav, helped solve the issue even though this item is not sold in the store. She even spent extra time showing me how to correctly put the code in. This kind of customer service is very rare and I would definitely be buying all my leather and luggage items from this store in the future.Barbara

Came into store to look for a travel tote bag and was immediately greeted by Vanessa who was so helpful and friendly. Slav the store manager was also very friendly and professional. Had a great, fun chat with both ladies while I purchased the perfect bag for my travel needs. Have been shopping at this location for years and have never had any problems. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Slava. She’s friendly, helpful and a knowledgeable manager. She tried to help me through a very confusing situation while I was at the upper Canada location (May 23, 2023). I wanted to buy a 3 set Samsonite luggage but since the sales associate didn’t know how to put an online order through, Slava was on the phone with me trying to guide the associate with the order. Unfortunately it seemed that the staff at the upper Canada location were not trained properly with online orders nor did they have much info about the collection name and etc. I ended up ordering it online myself as that was a more convenient option, but for any future purchase I’d definitely make sure I go see Slava at the Markville location.

The lady with the short white spiky hair like looks like Chef Guy Fieri" is a racist and is very rude with no knowledge of customer service. I walked in she was already yelling at store new associate.the scene was so antagonistic I just left the store and got my bag from Marshall's. Poor poor poor customer service!"

One of the worst customer service. There is a sales person guy who has no Customer service skills needs to grow up. I will see if store manager gets back to me after her vacation. If you can't respect customer do not need to be store owner. You have broken my important phone.

IT WAS SUCH A HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. So I went to store on Monday 27th for window shopping for my luggage.After couple of minutes entering the store I heard 'manager Slava yelling at the one of store associate for making some mistake front of all of us. Store has over 5-6 people and we all were astonished the fact that manager was yelling so ruthlessly and derogatory to the employee

Thank you, Kishan and Slavica for your excellent customer service! I was able to find the perfect purse for my upcoming trip. Kishan spent a lot of time with me to review the features of the bag and to help me adjust the backpack straps. Both ladies were extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable about their products. Stitching on the edge protector became undone on first use of a high end Samsonite bag which was purchased 2 weeks prior and we were told to come back if there is any issues as they will be covered under warranty. The store attendant refused any warranty coverage and started screaming in front of other customers and stated it is airline damage without even looking at the issue! Extremely unprofessional and unsupportive.

I really like this store. No need to run all over town, this is the only thing they sell. They have a wide variety and really pleasing to the eye colours, nothing grandiose, but wheels can be snapped off expensive luggage as well, so this suits me just fine.Can't be better than that.
