Very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful with their customers. We were recommended by our neighbours to go and check them out. We dealt with Nikita and she was very friendly and courteous. She worked around our schedule to complete our order, delivery dates and times. Delivery was done on 2 different days and both times Colton was very professional and friendly. We will continue using Mountain Top and we will be back soon. Thanks again guys for great customer service and support.

This was a phenomenal experience, from the first point of contact, until we finally made our purchase, many months later. Nikita was exceptional with her product knowledge and advice. And Maria was incredible when we arrived to select our bubbler. Greeted us as soon as we arrived at the yard, and was helpful and patient throughout the entire selection process. Even in detailing what would be required for installation. I haven't been this impressed in quite some time.

Excellent service, great selection, reasonable pricing. We came here without any knowledge, or solid idea of what we needed. Mountain Top Stone were very happy to walk us through what they offered, provided a price list, and help us find the right size of what we needed. We highly recommend this place.

The absolute best customer service, knowledge, and recommendations for product/design. From the very first interaction and design/estimating with Nikita, to picking the boulders and delivery with Colton, their service and response has been just top notch. I couldn't have asked for better service. The product is excellent as well, but I can't say enough about the customer experience. What a treat it has been dealing with them. Can't recommend them enough!

We chose Mountaintop because of their great reviews and beautiful stone selection. They did not disappoint! Being first-timers with a landscaping project, we benefited greatly from the calculations and help offered by the staff. They answered all our questions in a friendly and helpful way. We walked away feeling excellent about both the product and the project we had planned, and in the end there was very little overage on the stone weight and other product. Thank you Mountaintop for making it an enjoyable and informative experience! We definitely recommend this company.

We managed to get into the City last week and were blown away with the display of water features you guys have.We ended up getting the first one we looked at. It looks great on our deck in our fountain, even better than our previous fountain had.We were impressed with the larger rocks as well and wished we had a place for them in our yard if only it were a larger yard.We are extremely happy with what we selected.Thank you to you and the staff there. It was a nice surprise to bump into a fellow Londoner from Ontario. Thanks to him for taking time from his lunch.
