The reviews below are accurate. I was looking for someone to design and install some structural work on my house. I looked at a variety of companies and got quotes for my work. Here is my experience with Quadra Group: I called for an estimate, the next day or so we set it up and Nader was on time and showed up to assess all my requirements. We discussed a clear scope of work for his team before he left. A day or so later I get his quote and it was Very detailed, it did not have any room for misinterpretation as sometimes there are these with certain contractors. We discussed the details and went forward with the the work. His pricing was fair compared to the other quotes I received. He gave me a realistic start date and he showed up with his crew when the date arrived, no delay. They completed the work within a few days and were accommodating for minor things onsite. If it was another task outside our scope and not minor enough, he would charge but it was always fair. Once the building inspector had questions and concerns about various issues, Nader being a structural engineer and being confident in his design and work was able to sign off and provide the necessary letters as required. There is a peace of mind aspect going with Nader and his team. Having a construction and engineering background, I know the work was done well. Do not hesitate to use Quadra Group. Pendar and his team installed a structural beam at our home in only 2 days work. Very professional and good pricing for the work completed.
