Very impressed with the crew at Ok Tire Fleetwood. They took my new truck in and got it dialed exactly how I wanted it to be. Jackie at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hestitate to bring my vehicles back. Thanks again.

Krio and Jackie have been professional and friendly since I’ve been bringing my sedan and SUV here for a short while which includes purchasing a new set of tires, exhaust install, and oil changes. Recently I’ve noticed some parts and service prices have been higher than the dealership but I would still come here as they are honest every time. Overall they’ve been doing great work and I recommend them for any car service needs.

Service is honest, fast and reasonably priced.I have had the fortune of getting my oil changed, wheel aligned and tires replaced and the folks here are always courteous, friendly and informative without ever pressuring you to do what is not necessary.It is hard to find a place that does good work without you leaving feeling like your wallet did give it's consent to the transaction but I can say Kelly is doing business right where work is good in a timely manner and you always leave feeling like you got a good deal and at the end of the day, Kelly keeps both parties happy.Both the front staff Krio and Jackie are solid and always greet you with a smile. I give this place a 10/10 and Jackie's mustache a 4.5/5.

I took my Q7 here for tire repair. Tire had a nail on it. Man these people are amazing. Very friendly and very knowledgeable people. I was surprised the way they deal with people. Very friendly and I should mention that Krio that guy is kind of person every business should have. What amazing team and the work they do is also high quality. Thanks guys

The customer service at OK Tire is outstanding. Especially Service Advisor Krio, he is amazing! As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff members who were eager to assist me. They patiently listened to my requirements and provided expert advice to help me choose the perfect solution for my vehicle and driving needs. Their level of professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile truly made me feel valued as a customer.

I recently brought my 2nd gen Tacoma to Kelly and couldn't be happier with the experience. These guys are honest and will only do the work that needs to be done. They never tried to upsell me extra services. Jackie and Krio at the front are very knowledgeable and treat you like a friend. I will definitely be bringing my truck back here.

I had a flat tire and was referred to them from another tire place who was all booked for the day. Krio at OK Tire was extremely nice and immediately did a inspection of the tire visually and with his hand. He asked me to come back at four when he could fit me in. I came back, they found the problem, patched it and put my tire back on. Jackie who also works there was extremely nice as well. He gave me a tire quote to think about for the very near future and advised me they can do everything for my car, not just for my tires. I normally don't rate businesses, but their knowledge, kindness and caring nature really compelled me to rate them 5 stars. I would definitely come back and refer them to friends and family.

Above and beyond. Lots of information. Under the estimate. And warned about other problems that they saw. Told getting parts might be a problem so it was a pleasant surprise to be told the car was done in a little more than a day. And who gives a two year warranty on work these days! I'm impressed and will be back to get a bit more work done.

I have been going here for 5 years. I used to build my own cars and I auto cross race. So I know cars. I find them to charge fairly and are honest about the work that needs to be done. One small caviet to their mechanics knowledge base. They had too many questions when I asked them to install high perfomace parts, coil overs and advance braking system. There was a few minor install issues that they addressed very quickly and without charge. For the price vs a performance shop I am very happy and will continue to have them service and upgrade my car in the future.
