Some of the staff are unfriendly, but I usually spend 5-10 minutes here and only talk to them at the till. I try to make conversation but I feel more like an inconvenience to them rather than a valued customer. This doesn't impact my intention to go here again, though.

Not only does the staff make the experience for myself enjoyable but also for my pup who loves to tag along with me. The variety of items that this location carries is amazing and the helpful staff aides you in any questions that you may have. If by chance the item that you need isn't in store, the Pet Valu team is always willing to order it in for you. If I could give the store more than 5 stars I would!!!

The staff here are unpleasant with no customer service skills. They make you feel you are interrupting three day with coming in. Sydney and the other lady should not work Saturdays if they display such attitude! Hence we only did dog wash and bought nothing more!
