We were so happy Jalisse photographed our wedding, she was incredible and the photo’s were stunning! She is so easy to work with and made it fun, even while battling the cold weather outside! She was also pregnant and we were her last wedding before she had her baby, but you wouldn’t have known it (besides the bump) she was full of energy and didn’t stop going!Thank you so much Jalisse, you are so creative and great at giving direction and capturing authentic, candid moments! xo

Jalisse was absolutely AMAZING and she was so fun to work with. Our family and bridal party were raving about Jalisse! She has such a great eye and does a fantastic job at capturing special and authentic moments. Aside from her work, her customer service is incredible. This review is late and so way overdue. We planned an elopement at Moraine Lake with just 4 of us. I had read a lot of reviews about how hard Moraine can be to get access, and on top of that we had forecast of rain during the time of our shoot, so I was a bit worried things wouldn't work out as planned. I had absolutely no reason to worry as Jalisse was so on top of everything! She had arrived at Moraine earlier to make sure we had access to the road, she planned ahead for rain, and she even helped us get another witness for our ceremony when we arrived. She was super responsive and patient with me whenever I had questions leading up to the day and I know I can be a bit much at times. Now let me get to the actual photoshoot part. Jalisse's energy cannot be matched. My partner hates taking photos and she had us laughing and enjoying the whole process. I can't say enough good things about her professionalism, friendliness and of course the end product that we received was phenomenal. If you have the chance to do a shoot at Moraine Lake or anywhere else with Jalisse, do it!!! When I am in the rockies again, Jalisse will be my first and only choice, thank you for all the beautiful memories of our day!!

Jalisse was amazing.We went to Banff for a summer getaway and wanted to capture the beauty of our adventure. She was super responsive and flexible with our travel schedule, even though she lived a few hours away from Lake Moraine.The photo shoot was so fun and we were laughing the whole time. I would recommend Jalisse to anyone. Her photos are unbelievably beautiful and we have them hanging all over our house on big canvases now. They make our house so beautiful.I feel bad that she may have to drive to shoot Moraine Lake all of the time now...as she is in such high demand... but I've looked around for other photographers in the Banff area and no one else captures the scenery like she does!

Jalisse was a dream to work with! She's got the flow of a wedding day down pat to make each of the transitions on your big day seem easy and not rushed but also focused to ensure you get all your moments captured! The pictures she captured of our day were absolutely stunning and I have gotten so many compliments on them so far! I can't wait to print them and have them on my wall to look at and remember them forever!Also a few big key things to note! If your looking for someone to adventure with you, Jalisse will be there ready to capture your moments! We got married in an unkept green space in Calgary along one of our favourite walking paths. Despite the rain, Jalisse kept us in good spirits and also got us through our short hike up to a view point we were hoping to have pictures done at on our wedding day! The rain and mud didn't stop her and the pictures turned out beautiful <3

My Fiance and I hired Jalisse for our engagement photoshoot in Banff, CA. Jalisse was very responsive from the beginning. She provided advice on the best time to shoot, suggestions on what to wear and information about local vendors since we were coming from the U.S. Jalisse is a ball of energy and has such a big personality. She made us laugh and talk the entire time. We had a blast doing the shoot and her personality made us feel very comfortable in what can be an akward photoshoot. The pictures are incredible and she turned them around in a week! I highly recommend Jalisse for any photoshoot you need.

Ben and I hired Jalisse for an engagement shoot at the famous Moraine Lake in Banff National Park, Alberta. We are from California and have always wanted to visit this part of Canada. Jalisse answered my email instantly and was very detailed and responsive to my questions/concerns. Her packages and pricing were very clear and straightforward. We had a great time climbing the rock pile and paddling in the canoe. At one point, I was questioning whether or not she was even 7 months pregnant!! She is unbelievable and we loved her energy! She went beyond her expected service and brought her own canoe so that she could shoot us in the glacier-fed lake! Jalisse even brought her father, Robin, who assisted us in getting the canoe in and out of the water while we changed into our second outfit. This saved us a lot of time since we wanted to make the most of our 90 minute session! The photos came back within a week- which was wayyy quicker than I expected. The entire process was very easy because Jalisse made everything welcoming and comforting. She is a gem!! I am so happy I found her work through instagram. I LOVE the natural lighting and the style of her work. I definitely recommend Jalisse Photography to all of my family and friends. :)

Jalisse did a very special extended family session for us at our childhood home. She was such a joy to work with, and the entire experience with her was fantastic. Right from the get-go, her communication and planning was fantastic, she was quick to respond and answered any questions I had.When it came to the session, she made everyone feel comfortable, laugh, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We had a lot of fun and her energy was contagious! The photos turned out incredible and are going to be such special memories for us to hold onto.

Jalisse did both our engagement and wedding photos and she is an absolute DREAM. We met her for the first time at our engagement shoot at Moraine Lake, and immediately felt like we had known her forever--she is so sweet and personable and just a joy to be around. She is an incredible photographer and our photos for both the engagement shoot and the wedding turned out absolutely spectacular. Her enthusiasm and guidance on how we should interact with each other in the photos was fantastic, and she even got our baby nieces to smile in the family photos!
