The dynamic duo of customer service representatives, Ines and Èmelie, were extremely charming, cheerful, and patient. Ines took her time to show me numerous available options, and waited patiently while I indecisively debated my needs. She very clearly explained the details of the special promotions, and made the whole process a pleasure.I appreciate the fact that it is a locked, gated unloading area -- making the whole loading/unloading stage convenient and secure.

We were searching for storage on a Saturday morning and had browsed many awful local storage websites in the locality. It was a very frustrating experience and difficult to find information or use sites.We stumbled upon public storage site which was clearer and seemed to have availabilities. We phoned and a lady called Emilie explained very clearly and methodically to us that they had several units available and she arranged an appointment.Upon arrival at our appointment she was very clear again and provided excellent service to us. She showed us a unit that we took and then went through the paperwork with us. Emilie took so much pride in her job, so much so that after we put things in the unit , I went back to reception to congratulate her on her professionalism !!

I was really last minute as I needed to move out of my place ASAP, some of my stuff couldn't follow me, so I needed a good storage solution.Contacted them and got my answers really fast, storage was reserved in less than 2 days.The day of the move, employees were extremely kind and understanding. The whole process was smooth to say the least.Would recommend.EDIT:Bought my own place, so I had to remove everything I had stored. Nothing was damaged, everything still in very good condition.Called them beforehand to know what to do, process was very simple.They called me after my move to confirm I would not need my unit anymore, so everything was done smoothly.Do not hesitate to go with them!

The entire staff at this location is amazing. They were very attentive to make sure I got exactly what I needed and were very helpful. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for short or long term storage.I am horrible with names but I believe Emele the service employee who helped me was excellent, and her manager gave me some great tips on places to eat here (as I’m moving to Montreal) thanks for the great service ladies !!!

I would unreservedly recommend the Public Storage location at d'Iberville. Their service was great and they went out of their way to facilitate our move-in and move-out experiences. I should note that all locations are not equal. We had a bad experience with the Côte-de-Liesse location.

This storage location is great. Clean, accessible and with nice friendly staff. Arnelle took the time to show me several different sized units so I could make the best choice. Merci!

Really great spot, had enough availability that I could see a few units. Much cleaner, safe and convenient than other storage places I visited, also has longer opening hours than most places I toured. I signed up with the manager who was extremely kind, managed to be in an out quickly which is great!

Edit from the 15th of November 2021The initial efficiency for the paper work does not translate well for the closing of the service. The flexibility at the day VS the automatic extention you receive per mail are 2 different process.The flexible part is not regulated in the system and subject to client frustration. For example i've paid for a 3 month 10 by 10 space. Since this was the 14th of August my contract was ending the 14th of November and i've received an automated mail proposing an extention of the contract until the end of the month. I wasn't sure if i could empty the storage in time and since I remembered that there was also a pay per day option, i've paid for the monthly extention. I've managed to empty the storage in time on the 14th and when i've asked if there was a way to reimbused some of the extention cost, there wasn't ANY proposal to mitigate the situation. The flexible per day option need to be discussed before you extend your storage and IN PERSON. There is no flexible option presented to the client when the contract is about the end.I had to remove 3 stars from the previously 5 stars review. Customer relation is not at the top priority of this Storage Service provider.
