Extremely long wait (came at 7:30am and left at 2:00pm, so about 7 and a half hours). A man working there said that we might be allowed" to go to the bathroom in/near the hospital so we had to walk to the gas station

I went before opening time. Which was 7.30. They have a designated parking lot outside where they park the car and you move on your turn. Unfortunately early in the morning there was no one monitoring and as soon as the testing began alot of peolple went out of there turn from the designated parking lot. Once the chaos had settled down and it seemed more organized. Still had to wait 8 hours exactly to get the test done. I left around 3pm. Waiting for the results now.

Pros:- They allow you to create an account to book ahead and skip the line.- The website's interface is extremely user-friendly and once I set up my account, a doctor called me within 20 minutes to then inform me that I will receive another call to book an appointment.- The entire process (from creating an account to getting tested) took place all in the same day.- The line for those who have appointments is very short. There were two cars in front of me and each car took less than two minutes.- The worker who did the test was very kind and informative.Cons:- The line-up for people who did not have appointments was very long. The wait time seemed to be at least 4 hours.I can't recommend them enough, the process was very quick and everyone was extremely kind. I truly appreciated everyone's efforts.Just book your appointment ahead to save a lot of time.

Adapting to our current environment, I really appreciate that they are able to organize a drive thru testing site. There is a bit of a wait. I waited 2.5 hrs. It is best if you made an appointment through Maple (I was in a rush, so I was willing to wait).Everyone was friendly and the results came within 30hrs. Please research ahead for the map to line up properly; also, go to the washroom first and bring some water, you’ll be in the car for a bit!

Went to this option with my wife as a precaution after getting a sore throat. While I applaud the dedicated folks who work there the process is unnecessarily complicated and time consuming. With only 6 cars in line we were 2.5 hours to get complete.Why...First you line up outside where you may wait up to an hour before being ushered into the underground parking lot only the park again. Then to another area where we parked again and spoke at some length to a person in a tent. This person has access to our health cards but was re-asking all the information that is contained all these health cards and re-entering it. Then into another line to get the test itself. Why are we not entering single file into the garage, scan the health card, swipe the nose and out?

I went to the hospital, wasn’t sure how to get to the drive in, saw the line up and ended up finding someone to talk to. They told me that drive in takes about 6 hours but there is another assessment center on the opposite side across emergency where you have to wait in line. It was a 3 hour wait for me. Very kind nurses, organized, would suggest to bring a blanket or lawn chair if you can’t stand for too long. Parking was complementary, don’t worry too much if you loose your ticket they give you another one. Stay safe !

I used maple to make an appointment. 20 mins after signing up I got a call from a doctor to ask a few basic questions and he advised someone would call within 24 hours to schedule an appointment. Got a call in 22 hours and I was able to go in and get my test done the same day.There was one car ahead of me when I got to the hospital. 5 mins wait time. There was separate line for cars with no appointment...2-3 cars in line so I assume not a long wait for them either. The test is NOT painful. Just very uncomfortable for about five seconds. Everyone was very friendly and answered any questions I had. I was in and out within 15 mins. My appointment was for 3:30pm on a Tuesday so I guess that’s one of their slow times. Got my results online in 30ish hours after my test.The calls come from private number with no caller ID so make sure you pick up!

Great experience at this location. Went in on August 9. I got there at 8:28 AM and got back to my house in Oakville at 9:07 AM. No appointment. The process is very organized. Lots of social distancing measures are respected and carried out. The staff there go above and beyond making it a comfortable experience. I was nervous at first but they made sure I was okay. Got my results August 10. I tested negative.

Went through the drive thru assessment center August 24th. Got there at 9amish and finished around 12ish, took about 3 hours. You can probably save time by booking an appointment or coming earlier.Everything went smoothly during the testing period and I got my results in about 30ish hours but they did mention that results can take anywhere from 3-7 days.

I didn't book an appointment so instead I went with the drive through option. If you're doing the same, make sure you're not in a rush before you go. I can see they're working as diligently and as fast as they can but the process itself takes a while because of all their precautions.I felt really safe going and having hand sanitizer was what made me feel even better. Thank you to the awesome people there for what they do!!
