Chatham Motel

The room was perfectly clean, the shower and the sink were spotless. No WIFI issues easy going for the most part. I stayed here with my family for 3 days over night for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised every time I went to bed. The staff was very accommodating as they addressed the issues I had. Will comeback when I'm in town for sure next time.

I had an amazing experience at this motel! Definitely the most cleanest and peaceful motel in the city! Chatham Motel's staff is also very friendly and kind.I came from New York for business purposes and needed a quiet place to stay. I visited 3 different Motels that day and Chatham Motel was by far the best. The staff at the other motels were rude and the rooms were noisy and small. The rooms at Chatham Motel were very spacious and clean, with a nice aesthetic appeal and the surroundings were peaceful which you don't experience with any of the other noisy hotels. I had a great view of the forest and was able to focus on my work. The receptionist greated me kindly everyday. The manager was very humble and kind to me, and the prices were very reasonable! I will be definitely returning to the motel for my next business trip. :)

The room was disgusting. There was this terrible smell, reminded me of a highway gas station. I walked in, turned around and left with only partial refund. The person working there had no clue as to what was wrong with the room.... the paint falling off the walls, dust on the floor, open the closet and dirt in the corners, the lock on the door didn’t work and there was 1 rather dim light. Do NOT recommend.

Located on grandave east, just at the edge of town,, this is not a motel meant for kids without transportation. There are not really any parks near by, small play area and duck pond in the landings (adjacent to the hotel) Busy highway in front and private property surrounding the building. There is a cute patio/ garden area for guests to socialize. Gas station/ice cream store next door.They have a vending machine for pop, and the owner is very friendly, understanding person. Better for a mature guest/family with older children due to the location.

Worst place I've ever stayed. Very disorganized management. Gave us a room that smelled as if the walls, ceiling, and floors were made of tobacco. Changed our room, and when we tried to enter there was somebody already in the room. Not a very clean establishment. We didn't find any bugs (that doesn't mean that there aren't any, however). The owner was a pretty nice guy. He just runs a terrible motel.

If you are really broke, you can opt for this. Otherwise you can have better options.

This was an awful place to stay we came up here to look for a new place to move paid for a week and there was blood in the sink, there was cockroach’s on the walls at night there’s bedbugs in the rooms, it smells of bad must the rooms are filthy there was woman’s tights behind the mini fridge, the shower was taped on the mirror was taped on, they use tape to fix everything. Black mold on the ceilings and front door all over walls and they don’t give refunds back only deposit and the window in the washroom was broken. I would recommend staying anywhere else

dirty room some chemical smell/taste no heat and this was the second room. when i called about the heat i got told they would look at it tomorrow and hung up on me. i had to go back to get the wifi password and it is so slow and poor signal. paint all peeling off in the bathroom floor is in terrible shape very poor lighting. the guy question my id as if i was a teenager trying to get into a bar never in my life has that happened. now it is too late to find a new place so i am going to have to sleep in my car stay away this place should be condemned
