Behroyan & Associates Real Estate was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Despite multiple attempts to approach them about the frequent parties that lasted until the early hours of the morning with loud music and indoor smoking, they were incredibly arrogant and dismissive. As a family with a young daughter, we could not tolerate the negative impact on our health and well-being any longer. Despite multiple attempts to approach them, they were incredibly arrogant and dismissive of our concerns. Even more concerning was the fact that these parties were taking place during the COVID-19 lockdown, and they blatantly disregarded public safety protocols. It seemed not to be a big deal to them.As a former resident and someone who has experienced firsthand the complete lack of consideration for their neighbours and the arrogance of their business, I strongly advise against doing business with Behroyan & Associates Real Estate Services. Please choose a more respectful and considerate business that prioritizes the well-being and comfort of their neighbours.
