I have tried Bahn mi all over the LMD and this place is in my top 5. Get extra sauce, and jalapenos. The chicken and beef are both excellent, haven't tried the others. The regular Pho is very tasty with a clean broth, slightly sweet and aromatic.

We love love love Vy’s! The spicy peanut broth is to die for I make it vegan adding tofu and veggies and the salad rolls are fantastic. Great portions and always fresh! Our go to place in Langley!

My chicken broth pho was delicious. Everything was piping hot, fresh garnish, tasty shallots and very flavorful. The pork paste and mushroom balls were so yummy!!. The sliced pork was also delicious in the soup. I will definitely be adding this so my regular eats in the fort.

They have the best pho in Langley. Their pho broth is so good, it needs no condiments. Also love their beef stew, and Bahn mi. Everything we have had here has always been full of flavour.

If you’ve had authentic Vietnamese pho, I don’t recommend this place. You might not recognize what you ordered.

Coming from Montreal, a city with a huge Vietnamese community and their authentic cuisine, as the benchmark, the quality of the pho isn’t at the right level. The noodles were over cooked. The soup used noodle cooking water instead of just the broth. These two are the fundamental elements of a good pho but neither were done right. On the other side, the place is cute and extremely clean. It adds a nice variety of food choices in the town so if you are not expecting the authentic taste of pho, it’s a good choice. We didn’t try other meals but usually the bbq meat with rice don’t go wrong.

if i could rate this less then 1 stars, i would. my family n I went out to eat here last night, the service was terrible, the orders were wrong when served, and to top it off, when we finally did get what we want, in my fathers case the Vietnamese meatball soup, the meatballs were frozen on the inside! clearly food processed not even authentic as advertised, and he woke up this morning with salmonella and food poisoning. eat here at your own risk!

Sate beef pho cures all and sticks to the ribs, especially nice during our iconic rainy season (lol cures a hangover well to) and the salad rolls with the amazing peanut sauce that they sub with lemon grass chicken for me as I'm not one for shrimp are one of my favorites, I truly could probably eat 15-20 in a sitting if I buckled down
