The staff are great, sometimes hard to find things. They have decently fast deliveries with good quality auto parts.

Great store if you want to get the wrong parts half the time . Always new staff at parts counter and they seem to get the parts wrong .

Kaylen was super helpful and has the most positive attitude, such a nice person to deal with when looking for parts, seemed like she really cared. I appreciate that level of customer care. Thanks for the help. She will go far with that attitude no matter what she does.

Very poor customer service, we went to the store to but a part, but then realize we bought the wrong size, didn't even open it and return back in the same day with receipt, and the guy open it told us there is damage wouldn't give us whole refund. After he checked again there is probably just a dust or something was on the product at the first time. We were very disappointed how a auto part store can hire these kind employees without considering of their customers service level.

Excellent Lordco location. I constantly visit this location for odds and ends as I rebuild two of the cars I own, and it almost always has what I’m looking for. On the odd occasion, I will have to be directed to a nearby store (Langley) as they have the part I need in stock. I don’t know why there’s so many reviews that speak of bad customer service, when in reality they don’t realize how the Lordco shopping experience works. Pick your parts at the back counter, get the invoice sent to the front cashier and then you’re off to the races. The customer service is perfectly acceptable at this location, and it can occasionally get busy on the weekend. Never had an issue with any of the employees at this location as they have always been willing to help out. Make sure that you go in with a clear picture of what part you’re looking to buy, and some info on your vehicle saved in your head - it’ll save you some time when you get there.

I love this store , I always go to Rob , he will go above and beyond to find you the part you need and if you don’t find the part you go out with a nice funny joke , I have a fifty years old VW bus and I still find most of the basic parts there . Prices are very good

If its a part for a vehicle that you are looking for, you should start here.I only needed a few odd light bulbs for my 4x4 and boat trailer . I was directed by a very friendly cashier to the aisle wher they reside or suggested to go talk to one of the people at the counter. As I approached, I was met half way by an attentive young man who knew exactly where to look. Surprise . Sold out of one type.But" he says " let me check in the back" and reappeared quickly with a box of my bulb type. Sold as singles. I said all I need us one anyways.LORDCO is a great store."

I was a little disappointed with their customer service. I asked who I believe was the store manager after he finished chit chat with the cashier where I could find an item. He rudely directed me to the clerks at the back if the store. Once they were free from their phone they directed me back to the front cashier fir the item. The manager could easily have pointed to it not 5 feet away from where we had first spoke. A 20 minute waste of time and will find another more customer service oriented store in future.

I ordered a couple clips for my rv trunnion bars and they brought them in from another store the next day. I was looking for some other things and the staff as very helpful.
