Great place to live, park like setting. Apartments are well maintained and up to date. Greenwin Management is great, especially Janet! She's always available when needed and responds quickly to messages.

The location of this building is convenient, peaceful neighbourhood, near by hospitals, schools and parks. During first viewing of an apartment, impressed with surroundings. Ruchi was helpful during viewing to finalising unit. Other management people Janet, Jeff, Pam are very friendly and helpful. When we ask about any issues or maintenance Janet listening us and helpful to solve. Jeff and Pam always there to help during fixing any thing in the house.

I live at 547 Belmont Ave Kitchener, apt 505. Janet in the office has assisted me with any questions I have had. Pam in maintenance is always friendly and has time to help as I use a walker and have called her when I have an issue no matter how small. I am very happy living here and would recommend this building to anyone

Wanna give Janet Cooper a good review! She was very helpful in getting stuff for my rental application done. The leasing agents were so hard to get a hold of, I called ten times but no one would answer. So again I wanna give Janet a big shout out as without her I wouldn’t be able to get my application in. So again thank you so so so much for your help Janet. Greenwin is so lucky to have a an employee like you!!

I want to give a huge shout out to all the staff here. The cleaning team goes out of their way everyday to make the lobby’s clean and maintained. The office staff are always go above and beyond to be super friendly and helpful if any issues have arrived. Along with with Jeff & pam. They are very fast friendly and always helpful. The team at this location truly has made our home feel super safe clean & they truly all go above and beyond and make this place great. Can not truly thank the team here that makes everything run smoothly! Thank you to pino, Janet, Rouchi, Jeff, Pam & all the other cleaners I don’t know their names but truly thank you for everything you do !

*Update* After some negotiations with the management, they committed to a proper extermination plan that seems to have done the trick. I was disappointed that it took so long for them to take a planned approach as opposed to just spot treating the areas that were not the root of the problem. It's been several months and not one sighting at 551 Vanier Drive. The building has recently changed ownership to Greenwin but retained all the previous management - I'm very glad that they seem to have learned from the experience and are taking tenant requests as seriously as they should have from the start. They do a lot of things well here, and I'm glad that planning and execution are now among them.*Original Review* Hope you like cockroaches. My family has lived here for two years. Apartments are beautiful when renovated, but they cannot get control of the cockroach infestation. Management are unresponsive to requests for treatment. We keep our apartment pristine so as not to attract them but I’m now spending my Sunday morning taking our Keurig coffee machine apart to kill the live roach my Fiancée witnessed scuttling inside (we ultimately had to throw it out as it had roach feces on the internals). Upon removing some of the parts, we found a roach carcass and an egg sack. Each year Northview Reit has requested a rent increase. Each year I refuse to pay it. Feel free to reach out to me Northview Management. I will continue to post pictures of the cockroaches we kill in hopes that google searches for your company result in nothing but pictures of the infestation you can’t seem to properly deal with. -Upset tenants paying WAY more than they should be.
