I brought my grandma for her first appointment with the lovely Laura to address some vertigo symptoms and I was absolutely blown away by the entire experience!The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and kind during both check in and during payment at the end. They were professional and nice to everyone I saw them interact with.Laura Dickie showed my grandma such warmth, love, kindness and made sure to keep her comfortable and laughing through the whole process. I could not believe how truly amazing Laura was while interacting with my grandma and also with fixing her vertigo symptoms. It felt like we were just visiting with family or an old friend.My grandma left feeling 100% better and had the biggest smile on her face. She spoke of Laura’s kindness for the rest of the day.Thank you Laura for treating her like family. I appreciate it more than words can express!

My favourite physiotherapy facility hands down. Each therapist is incredible in their own way. I have visited this clinic multiple times over the past 5 years due to car accidents I’ve suffered from and each physiotherapist, massage therapist and clinic worker I’ve encountered has been phenomenal.Kristee at reception has been a wonderful help to me over the years and continues to be every time I visit. She and many of the occupational therapist and workers I don’t know the titles of have become very comforting kind faces to visit and everyone in this clinic is just wonderful!They have taught me techniques I never got from other physiotherapists and their equipment is tip top! I highly recommend visiting this clinic for any of your physiotherapy needs.Kristee, will take great care of you! And so will Kim, Jessica, Austin, and anyone you meet there!

The staff at this center are genuine and respectful active listeners willing to help you! Laura (physiotherapist) is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for her patients.

I had the most positive experience at St. Catharines Physiotherapy. The staff were knowledgeable and professional. They listened to my concerns and implemented exercises and encouragement in order for me to regain mobility and reach my personal goals. I had the opportunity to work with four different staff during the weeks that I was there and each one of them contributed to my well balanced physio program. I can't say enough about Laura, who oversaw my plan and helped me throughout the whole process. It was the best physio experience I have ever had. I don't plan on going anywhere else from here on.

Laura Dickie helped me get back to a happy and healthy lifestyle. She taught me how to strengthen my shoulder when I got injured at work. She made me feel like we were family from start to finish, she was so amazing. The friendly staff greet you at the door and is there to help with all needs. I recommend it to everyone I know! The administration staff are very friendly and helpful. Very professional.My physiotherapist Lindsay is absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and is great at explaining stretching and strengthening techniques. I trust her and I know that she is working hard with me for my best outcome during my recovery.

I cannot express enough about the care i received after having a total full knee replacement surgery. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I would recomend there services to family and friends in a heart beat. Thank you so much for all your help, i am improving every day!

Everyone at this facility was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating! Lindsay was awesome to work with. I had a great experience and will definitely be going back if I'm ever in need again... knock on wood.

From the adminstrative staff to the Physiotherapist, my experience there was good. Eric was my Physiotherapist, very kind and patient. He explained very well what the issue was and how we would tackle it. Within a month I was in much better foorm than when we had started. I would highly recommend.

I have tried many times to convey my 5 Star pleasure and rating of the services that I have received over 2 sessions in the last 8 months with an amazing staff.I will try one more time to praise and thank every aspect of the service and attention I received over two issues.First treatment involved rehab from left knee replacement.Second treatment was for arthritic pain in shoulders and lower spine.From first appointment making and excellent front desk attention to scheduling and therapy treatments this was a five star experience.The whole set up starting with Laura and her assessment was so professional and personal. From there, the follow up with the assistants was incredible. They were creative, knowledgeable, friendly and patient.The print out follow up of the new exercises were a huge part of the successful process. It was motivating to go home with homework!I can not praise or thank the entire staff involved enough for the progress and confidence I have in moving forward.
