Excellent service from Shirley in the appliances department. She is very professional and patient. I purchased a cooking range and I am very satisfied with the assistance she provided.

I was doing a few renovation projects around the house and this was the closest Home Depot. Huge store with everything I required. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I was able to get all the items I was looking for. The staff helped me find alternatives of items they didn't have. Would definitely recommend them.

How can a Home Depot not have sand? And yes, I asked a couple of staff who were stumped and then wandered off. The website was similarly confused trelling me they had stock and then none when I added it to the cart. Wasted my time. One star because I did find one of the four items that I came there for.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. I ordered a tub online and it was in stock at the Tecumseh Rd E location. After it was delivered, my plumber noticed a large crack, making it unusable. I called the Tecumseh location and, within a couple hours, had the old tub removed and a new one (inspected beforehand) delivered. Phenomenal team. A big shout out to Nabih! Very thorough and made sure to fix the problem personally. So thankful! I'm definitely shopping from Home Depot from now on.

We had our kitchen renovation completed a week ago and cannot say enough about the smooth process. Lori, the Home Depot kitchen designer, helped us start the process and then referred us to Renuit Kitchen Restyling. From there everything was so easy and we love the result !!! Five stars for sure !!!!!

Just a shout out to Justin today. He carried my heavy products to the cashier and then even went and got me a cart so I could take them to the car. You were such a blessing to me and I thank you very much.
