Clark Pools And Spas

For the last several years we have ordered from Clark pools a replacement filter for our spa.. This year when I phoned I was told that they would check and call me back. I received no call back or message. Two weeks later I phoned and left a message. Still no response. A small ticket item, for sure! But still lacked customer service. I took my business elsewhere

I recently had to replace a weird part on my hot tub. No one in town carried this part. I was told to look online. Yikes, I don't know what it's called, how do I do that. I drove past Clark Pools and thought they would never have what I needed, but something told me to give it a try, so I turned around. And BAM, they had exactly what I needed and knew what it was called. All my future hot tub needs will come from Clark Pools. That's how relationships are built.

Clark did our spa and pool and did a great job. Very accommodating, on time and budget. Good company.

Special thanks to Debbie who ensured that the pool opening bill was adjusted by providing vacuuming. I had originally complained about the service and bill and she promptly rectified the situation to our satisfaction. Apologies to her for my meltdown.

We had Clark Pools install an inground pool for us this year. Met all of our expectations and more!!! Started and finished ahead of schedule. Beautiful job! Thank you guys!!

Absolutely stay away from this business. Purchased a Spa from them, and notified them of a faulty wifi, jets and led light well within the warranty period. They treated me like it was my problem, unwillingly said they would send somebody, made a date, then never showed. I recontacted them at a later date and was once again treated like crap...obvious that they had no concern or intent on making the problem right. Both times, I was told, their service guy would know nothing about the wifi. Why sell a product that you know nothing about? I have never been treated so poorly by any business. Both the Collingwood and Owen Sound stores should be out of business. In fact I believe they are close to being out of business, and that is why they refuse to follow up on warranty service. Sad really. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else for your spa or pool and supplies.

Wonderful group of professional and attentive people. Always pleasant and quick to offer help when in-store, as well as cordial and thorough when working on our pool at home. I would not hesitate to recommend Clark's to anyone in the area.
