Sault Ste Marie is incredibly fortunate to have osteopath treatment available, in many parts of Ontario it can take 3-6 months to see a qualified osteopath practitioner. As a former professional athlete who represented Canada, I can confidently say Katherine has an incredible amount of knowledge, expertise and experience who has provided me with outstanding treatment for my issues.

My husband has been going to Kate for osteopathy treatments since late December 2021. Along with another treatment he swears by Katherine and his trust in her abilities has convinced me to give Kate as I've been dealing with lymphedema after cancer treatment.I'll update this review with my own experience once I've been able to see her for massage or osteo (technique to be determined) when I've recovered well enough from a separate surgery in a few weeks.

Kate is a fantastic person who is constantly striving for excellence with both her own knowledge and the quality of service her company delivers. She is a very multi faceted practitioner who approaches physical complaints from different perspectives in order to seek long term resolution. I would recommend her to anyone.
