Love this place. I’ve been there for four sessions and I love the way they treat customers there. The receptionist/ manager is very sweet and has exceptional customer service skills. Shobita is the best technician ever. She knows how much force to use and where. During the session, she keeps talking to make you feel comfortable and distracted a bit from the pinching. I am really seeing minimal hair growth now. Also, it’s not that they are too expensive, they always have one or another deal going on. Overall, a great place for laser hair removal.

The way this service is advertised is very misleading in terms of the value of the service and the duration of the service. Groupon should ensure that the company discloses the true fine print to the customers BEFORE they purchase the service.When booking my appointment, I was surprised to be told by the staff that this anti-acne facial is only 30 minutes long. No where on this site does it mention that. One would assume that if this facial is truly worth $147 as they claim, then it should be at the very minimum an hour long.Telling customers the service has been “discounted” to $45 but giving a shorter amount of time and low quality service is extremely deceitful and unfair.They finally gave me a 20 minutes facial because I was running late due to unexpected subway closures (I called and texted them to let them know of this). I appreciate that they were still able to accommodate me on the same day and the lady who did my facial was kind.Nonetheless only one product was used : the acid for the peel with a very low concentration so I barely felt anything. There was no extractions, exfoliation, neck massage, hot towel or anything you would expect in a regular facial. It felt like a facewash , nothing to suggest that it was a facial other than the 2 minutes tingling sensation from the “acid” I was told I didn’t get the “full experience” because I was late but there is no way that all these things could fit in the extra 10 minutes timeframe.The 2 staff at the desk also made unpleasant remarks about me while I was on the stairs leaving the office (they thought I was gone but I overheard everything)Am only giving 2 stars for the aesthetician who was kind. The receptionist and the other lady were unprofessional.

Cathrine was so wonderful. Friendly, knowledgable, kind and skilled. I had a wonderful experience here!On top of this, the customer service I received from reception (who I'm only guessing is the owner?) was EXCEPTIONAL. So kind, warm and honest. I knew I could trust this place because she was super informative and made me feel like she was looking out for my wallet, which was so reassuring. I cannot wait to return.10/10 service and treatment, 10/10 customer service!

I had my first laser hair removal session here, the staff are friendly and professional. They did a great job and it was a quick service. They have an $18 covid surcharge which surprised me but overall price was fair.

oxygen facialIt was barely 15 minute of facial where the aesthetician sprayed oxygen and then added serum . As a facial there was no scrub , exfoliation or massage just the oxygen spray which was basic. I mean not worth the money.The receptionist charged me $3 in name of charges by changing the price twice. She funnily started talking the moment I left and could hear her tell how she overcharged me extra which is why I was not interested tipping anything to them after this experience.

Terrible experience! My name is Elena! Dirty location and some strange serums rhat had been applied on my skin,20 minutes facial that was definitely not worth the drive and 20$ parking.Kate was sweet,not sure about her qualifications as she kept saying she does not remember the names of serums that she applies on my skin.If you pay $60 for the 20 minutes of facial you might as well get a normal facial at some medical spa! So an hour of this facial would cost you $180! What a joke!!!would never recommend to anyone! Stay away!

Their machine doesn’t work if your hair isn’t thick and dark. There is only one person that it is actually capable but there is only so much one can do with that type of machine (that during one session kept on switching off by itself after a few seconds of use). I’ve been monitoring the sessions with photos and my legs are EXACTLY the same after MANY months and dollars later. Packages aren’t refundable of course! By the time you have enough information on hair laser removal and what’s your hair type you will have lost time and money, so read this review and just book somewhere else.

Katherine is a wonderful tech, I really appreciate her level of detail. The prices are reasonable and the results are really amazing. I did have to wait almost 1 hour one time for my appointment as they were delayed but that only happened once out of 5 sessions. Overall, a good experience.

amazing! i’ve had four laser sessions so far, three with shobita and one with paris and they’ve both been so kind (and funny!) as well as professional and i have seen significant results. found them from groupon, and i will definitely buy more packages in the future. the manager is also so sweet :) i would recommend to anyone~
