My house sold within 3 days, and we had a purchase of my new condo in place in 1 day for $10k less than I had been prepared to pay. Jordy was fantastic. We moved out of the country while our house was still listed. He checked on it weekly and coordinated a bunch of touch-ups required to complete the sale.
