Brothers Landscaping and Property Maint.

This company was hired for snow removal by the property management company of my town house complex. We have 10 units, and not a very large driveway/parking lot.It has been requested, by our property management company, that they alert us before coming to plow the driveway so that the tenants can relocate our vehicles to the street to allow for a proper snow removal. This has never been done. I cannot comprehend why this is so difficult, and would think they would want to provide the best service possible. I cannot understand how they look at the completed job and think it is acceptable. I’ve had other companies do this without a problem, and actually preferred to have an empty lot before plowing the snow. We have been unable to use some (already limited) parking spaces because of the snow piled at the end of them.I don’t know where this problem stems from, whether employees are not receiving proper training, or are doing rush jobs to be done quicker. Either way - unacceptable.

I have worked for this company more then once. I enjoy coming back every time. I enjoy working along side both brothers. Each property both brother would plow salt and also get out to shovel and help hand salt. I have always had good raises when asked for. With no issues
