Hey neighbors, has anyone else had a terrible experience with Wow snow removal? I hired them this season and they always showed up in the afternoon which if I had to wait for them we would not be able to go to work. They only showed up after I had cleaned my driveway myself. Their lack of reliability is unacceptable. They don't even answer calls or texts, leaving me to shovel my driveway myself. Let's not waste our time and money on a company that doesn't take their business seriously. We deserve better - let's hold Wow snow removal accountable!

While we have to work around the weather, WOW Snow Removal gets the job done and does a terrific job. This is the third year I've hired them for snow removal. I'll use them once again.

This is our first and last time signing up with such horrible service. The guy who owns this company has the worst attitude and worst service. When we signed up he promised “before you wake up the snow would be cleaned” never once was the snow cleaned before 3pm usually way after. That being said it was a disgusting job done, my new stone work done just last summer he shattered it by putting all the snow pile on it carelessly and it’s funny because he never cleaned it the surface saying “to protect my driveway” our drive way was the worst icy driveway all winter. Who ever signs up over and over again, truly is just not looking around. Don’t be fool and sign up with this guy, the moment we signed the contract and the first snow fall suddenly “all his trucks were broken” and barely came. This is a year we had a horrible snow fall but come on I was walking and driving on a snow / ice pile for the winter. Don’t be fool! Look around!

I've given them a chance this season, but unfortunately, they've failed to meet the basic expectations. Out of the five times heavy snowfall occurred, I had to shovel my driveway three times myself, which defeated the whole purpose of hiring a snow removal company.I understand that winter weather can be unpredictable, but what's really frustrating is that Wow snow removal doesn't respond to phone calls or text messages. Instead, you're left listening to a voicemail that repeats the same excuses for why they were late or didn't show up.I think we can all agree that when we pay for a service, we expect it to be delivered as promised. We shouldn't have to waste our time and money on a company that doesn't take their business seriously. Let's send a message to Wow snow removal and hold them accountable for their lack of reliability.
