I am just so disappointed with the way the owner takes charge of the pick up orders! The email has misinformation (which made me travel to the store twice over the weekend for nothing). No apologies from the owner when I came on Monday to pick it up! No instructions given to know how to get your order (like other Ottawa stores have been doing), just all around confusing! You can tell when a store appreciate your business and this one absolutely did not make me feel like they appreciated mine.** Your mistake caused me to make 3 trips in order to get my order on top of leaving your store feeling pretty upset... and now I should be guilt tripped for leaving my honest review? It is my understanding that google reviews are meant to share your experience. I don't think it is fair to expect only positive reviews, 100% of the time. Mistakes are human, i understand that!!! Believe me, I am a big believer of supporting local! I've actually spent over 120$ in Christmas gifts at your store this year on top of my previous orders!!! Had I receive proper customer service and an actual apology, I would of went my way and not think about it twice! Your explanation is highly dishonest and condescending. Rest assure, my local support will go elsewhere!

This is a great find for anyone looking for cute gifts from a local store! I visited in person during the summer (when things were still open) and met the awesome owner and her great staff. I also ordered curb side pickup and was sent an email notifying me when the order was ready and had no trouble getting it from the store. I highly recommend if you're looking for a funky gift for friends and family!

Great shop!!Super cute items, amazing for gift giving.I ordered something for my friend on Friday and with their delivery and the holiday on the Monday they emailed to ask if it was okay to deliver on Tuesday or Wednesday which was completely fine!I mentioned it was a valentines gift and without asking they had it personally delivered on the Sunday at her front door ☺️Pretty awesome! I was in the area and stumbled across this shop where I could just spend hours looking around.I loved all of the novelty items and found myself laughing out loud (probably a little louder than I should have).The staff are so very pleasant, sociable and friendly.There is no pressure to buy the staff are just happy that you stopped in and had a good time.This is a terrific place to find stocking stuffers or for that friend that has everything and you don't know what to buy them.They even have an understanding women tin filled with mints.The clothing is luxurious and unique.The shop also carries a line of Jewellery from Bali.

I placed an order online a few days ago and it arrived very quickly. I love everything I purchased, I had a wide variety; clothing, jewelry, greeting cards, accessories and I'm so pleased with the look and quality of everything. Thank you!

Recently purchased several birthday gifts from here. Robin was most helpful in answering questions and ensuring I got the products I wanted. One was picked up curbside (prior to stay at home order) and one was sent to my home. As they were birthday gifts I was worried they might not arrive in time - put the order in late Wednesday and they arrived at my home early Friday morning. Can't say enough about this wonderful store and their equally wonderful staff. Thank you.

Love Flamingo Boutique and not just because I love flamingos! I discovered this cute shop a couple years ago and fell in love with it. So many nice items and the staff has always been so friendly. I have purchased many gifts not just for myself but for others here and have brought friends and family in with me in the past so that they are able to see how great a place it is.I have some beautiful necklaces from here and every time I wear them people comment on how nice they are.If you are looking for a gift for someone and want something different or special I highly recommend checking them out.

Cute shop with lots of cool stuff. This is where I get my supply of Squish Gummies now! It is bit over crowded with things though, can be a bit busy and overwhelming for the eyes. May benefit from a little decluttering.
