Referred to this amazing organization by my sleep care doctor. Cody Allen was my assigned rep. Cody is an amazing individual. A real consummate professional, but yet down to earth & great to get along with. He set me up with a free no obligation trial with all brand new equipment. Not just cheap equipment, but Lexus or Acura type brand & quality. It worked like a charm. Tried a few masks to get the correct fit. The equipment that Cody provided me has turned my life around. Not only am I no longer tired during the day, my entire body works better as if I am 20 to 30 years younger. This amazing piece of equipment from honest good people has turned my life around. I came to the Ottawa clinic because my doctor recommended it to me for a CPAP trial and I am so glad I listened. Alie is so kind and so patient with me even though I was so anxious and asked a lot of questions, she answered all of them and really looked out of me. She made sure I knew what I was doing when explaining the device and when I had any issues keeping the mask on, she was on top of my care and always offered solutions and motivation.Best service I could ever have asked for!

As apprehensive as I was to try this new therapy I was scared at the same time.Cody explained the benefits it can have to possibly relieve the headaches I was having due to my concussion.It still not easy using the machine but he was right that it has given me less headaches.Thank you for all the answers you have given me.
