Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill
Most of the waitresses don't care to be friendly at the fairway location, always attitude or rushed. They also are always busy/ love to flirt for tips - it might help service standards if you flex cash lol.Bartender can't make a nice drink.The place looks clean.The owners are great.Food is overall good, prices considered - equal value.Fairway Road has the worst staff. Sportsworld Drive has much better service.

Amazing location for having amazing food and you get plenty options for drinks too. Apart from food, they also have wonderful service and mesmerizing atmosphere to spend your tiring day and get relaxed. Along with food and service, prices too are affordable and fair for everything. Best place for Brunch, Lunch and Dinner and do visit once if you are in Kitchener or Cambridge area, you will have memorable experience.

We had a really great experience dining at Chucks last night. The service we received from every staff member exceeded expectations. The hostess was very pleasant, the manager stopped in to check on us twice and our server Madeline was so diligent and cheerful without being intrusive it was truly delightful. Our drinks and appetizers came quite quickly and we had a reasonable wait for our mains so wr didn’t feel rushed. We had the steak & lobster meal, the peppercorn goat cheese with sweet potato fries, the buffalo chicken sandwich meal and NY strip with fries and we all enjoyed every bite. We will definitely return and felt the experience here quite certainly exceeded our expectations.

Went in for a quick bite, and hangout with people I haven’t seen in quite a while. Our server visited our table maybe twice, never came over to check on drinks, or to make sure our food tasted good. We ordered apps and mains, the rest of my party had eaten their entire meals and I still hadn’t got mine. 1hr after ordering mains I had finally got my pasta. Managers or staff did not care to make it right, so for this reason I will not return to this establishment.

Chuck’s Roadhouse is extremely budget-friendly with great food options especially affordable Steak options. Their cocktails are very affordable as well. Popped over to the Chuck’s Roadhouse at Gateway Park after a movie to grab a drink and some Chicken Tacos & Steak which were a perfect end to the night! The ambience is perfect. Definitely recommend to try this place!

Would rate 0 If I could!We arrived around 9pm on march 21 3023 and everything seemed normal. We orders about $120.00 worth of food and when the food arrived so did the flies. Several flies everywhere and we fanned vigorous to keep then off our meals. Flies were getting stuck on our wings tossed with sauce, our dips, on our garlic bread, nachos and even landing on my schooner beer and in my beer. I was so disgusted and sickening about this fly's situation. When I spoke to the staff about it, she mentioned she knew it was an issue but what do we want her to do about it? When manager came, he lied to us and challenged us as if we were trying to get free food. I explain my disgust and showed him the dead flies I had smacked AND showed him the flies that were in my food and my drinks. He saw them buzzing around and said...he will give us a free nacho voucher". 60% - 70% of my meal was taken back because it was infested by flies and I still had to pay full payment for my food that I did not finish because of the disgusting flies. The manager said he would take some off the bill for the inconvenience but he lied and didn't take anything off. Not to mention the manager challenged us and said every bar is like this! He said there were no flied in our food after going back and looking at the food for 30 seconds as if we were delusional. I had explained that this plot that he is insinuating about us making a complaint not to pay the meal was very insulting! I was very saddened by my experience here and this MUST be checked out. We used to come here all the time and had great service. The last 3 times we have had the worst service. I kept thinking it was an off day. Today was the last straw. We sat for the longest time and no one came to see us. We walked out. And they also need to stop watering down their Caesar mix. Just awful.

Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill
First time here last night, and we were not disappointed. Service was very cheerful and friendly. Atmosphere was as most roadhouses are, though not as loud as others (bonus). Food was delicious. We got the spinach & goat cheese dip as a starter, and it was quickly devoured. For the meals my husband had the Smokehouse burger with a poutine, and I had the Chicken tacos with fries. All of these were quite scrumptious. The Cactus Juice (alcoholic beverage) was amazing too. Compared to other chain restaurants of similar fare, Chucks is by far the most budget friendly. Needless to say, we will definitely be back. :)

Have been to several chuck's so many times before but went there on saturday evening and it was a very bad experience. There was a brown guy waiter with beard(nothing personal i am brown and have beard too) there who came at our table and was very rude and unaware of what he was saying. First time being asked to show ID in all the chucks i have been. my parents who came from abroad are old had the ID from back home, but this guy refused it and was asking to get a passport! We asked for a manager to speak to and he said he was the manager. We asked his name and he said ' i don't feel safe to give you me name'. Seriously, this guy was so out of his mind.We felt so disgusted at the behavior.Asked him to call the owner or else we are leaving.He went and got the owner who came straight to us and we explained about the situation and he immediately apologized about it and advised that the guy was wrong as it's only the rule to ask someone's ID if they don't look 35 or more.It was a very bad experience and hope this guy don't do that with other people who will just leave the place and waste their plans.
