Jose rescued my backyard landscape disaster by redesigning and fixing what another company had walked out on while I was on vacation. It was late Oct when I found Jose’s ad and he answered my text within the hour. Jose arrived when he said he would, he showed up every day at the pre-determined time and communicated very clearly as to the scope of work and what I could expect. He re-did what the previous contractor had mismanaged, which meant pulling up paving stones, digging to the proper depth and installing the correct products and re-laying the stones. Jose removed all of the dirt, roots and rock and left the site properly finished and clean. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and more than impressed by his work ethic and honesty. He is a pleasure to work with and in my experience, can be counted on to do what he says he will do…a rare trait these days!

I tried contacting other landscaping companies, never even got a call back. Jose called me back the same day and came by the house the day after. He is super knowledgeable and just a great guy. I could not be more happier with his work. Clean up was spotless. He gave me some ideas around the yard that I am planning on doing in the next few weeks. A few of my neighbors are also getting Jose to do work around their home. Call this guy first. He may or may not be the best but he is in the top 2.

Jose was very professional, personable and did a phenomenal job. His prices were reasonable and the work was completed as promised.

We hired José to replace the old timber retaining walls in our front yard with Allan Blocks. The retaining walls were located on a steep slope, on top of which was a huge 8-inch thick concrete slab deck. This was a complex project and some of the contractors we had contacted before reaching out to José did not even follow up to give a quote. José visited the job site multiple times and we had rounds of discussions prior to commencement of the project.Every day we could see that he was putting real effort into his work. He paid a lot of attention to the details of the job, there were Allan Blocks going underneath our concrete slab deck, each block had to be cut individually. José did an amazing job making sure there was no gap between the blocks and the slab. In many other parts of the project we could clearly see his attention to detail. He had to cut parts of the concrete slab which created lots of dust on our deck and glass railings. He promptly cleaned up after his work. José does his work with his heart and his soul, and with integrity. We seldom have come across people like him.

Jose did an outstanding job transforming our front and backyard. He installed Allan blocks along the driveway, a paver walkway and entrance, levelled the backyard, raised garden beds, re-stained the fence and new sod.His years of experience, patience and attention to detail really shows through his work. Everything is level and straight and we can tell that it was all built to last. We have had so many compliments on his work from neighbours and other businesses in the related field and they even asked for his number to refer to their customers. Thanks Jose for all of your hard work, we love everything that you have done!

There wasn't a lot to work with in our backyard after a botched job with another contractor. We didn't think the backyard could be saved, but Jose worked nothing short of a miracle!We are so in love with our backyard now. Jose expertise in landscaping definitely shines through!
