Urgence Dentaire de Montréal

I had an amazing experience. Dr Nadia Michel is wonderful. She was super kind and not rude about my low level of French. She took the time to make sure I understood everything and made an effort to keep it as pain free as possible. Even the one employee who did not speak English very well was super kind and patient. My visit was during the Covid19 pandemic and even in the midst of their jam packed schedule they were still kind. Highly recommended.

It seems like they are really an emergency place. They gave me an appointment the same day that I called. The staff were friendly, welcoming and bilingual, and the doctor treated me well. They just charge a little more than other clinics I think. I received the same service (examination, x-ray, filing) with about $30 less in another clinic last August. The increase might be because of the inflation over one year? Not sure.

Great spot. Very updated, beautiful space. Gentleman behind the desk was extremely polite and helpful, I have a hard time sometimes speaking French and i got no attitude about it. The tech was polite and professional and the Dr. Had to be one of the calmest and nicest doctors ive ever spoken to. I will always be going here for my dental work.

Without any doubt the best service I had. The hygienist who took care of me was really professional. Impressed and will come back again!!

CONTEXT: I had a full dental makeover in Turkey because my teeth were literally falling apart. The procedure went very well and I had little to no pain or swelling from the procedures. That was 4 months ago.I started having pain in my front lower left gums the day before I went to the clinic. The day of, I was in a bit more pain and you could see a tiny bit of swelling. During my visit, I mentioned that I had my teeth done in Turkey. I heard the dentist drop his pen as he was writing and he sighed because I went to Turkey and...saved money?So, he says in an exasperated tone let's take a look." He then proceeds to press incredibly and ridiculously hard on my infecred gums with the back end of an instrument. He banged on my teeth repeatedly to ask me which one hurt. Now

I received call 50 min before my appointment te tell me that they cannot give me treatment, nobody interested in fact that I'm in pain or called sick from work and lost entire day (facing weekend) where I need to wait 2 days to even schedule a visit with someone. They offer me emergency examination, to tell me exactly what I already know.Sorry but thats a scam if ask me. We need to pay 80$ just for emergency visit, for them to send you to your regular dentist to do job.Be aware of this scam, because I'm sure everyone that go to emergency dentist is to fix problem, not for someone to look at you and tell you that there is a problem.

I had an emergency with a tooth that split in half down the middle on a Saturday evening and they took me in the next morning. Dr. Masri was very professional and took time to explain the issue and options. He didn't push for anything and forwarded my information to my own dentist. His assistant Wenz (Sorry, but I hope I spelled that correctly) was very friendly and professional as well. The front desk was helpful, friendly, professional and very efficient. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I was very impressed from the get-go. I've used their services twice and have received the utmost professionalism and quality services. I'll definitely keep using their services in the future. My insurance company is out-of-province and they helped me figure that headache out as well. They clearly outlined what I needed done and what my benefits cover. I highly recommend

They tell you that they will see you. You get there, wait for over 30mins. The dentist looks at you, says what your problem is, charges you $50 for it and tells you he can get you an appointment in a month from now.Worst clinic in Montreal
