These guys are Great .. I have made several orders over the last couple of years. Ranging from $ 50.00 to one order of $ 5,000.00If there is ever an issue on the condition of a part arriving that is not perfect it has been replaced no hassle and no cost to me.This has only happened twice and was immediately dealt with.As for finding difficult parts or were info is sketchy. Staff has worked with me to figure out the problem and get the part ordered . If they don't stock it they tell me where I can get it.Not all parts come up in searches. So best to get on the phone and call.If you see a part listed on another site that you need. Just ask and they may carry it or will order it.When restoring a car you have three options on parts. Refurbish , Rechrome and Replace in that order. When you can't get a part back up to at least a 9 out of 10 then I replace it.. When I replace a part I rely on Mustang Shop's people to inform me if the part I'm ordering is good enough to go in the car. They have always been honest.. If the part is not up to snuff then the NOS route is an option. But you can save a lot of money by listening to their advice..The restoration of my 67 F/B would of been a lot harder without these people.

I ordered a MBRP axle back exhaust through The Mustang Shop. When it came in, the hangars on the new mufflers were much longer than the OEM ones which made them hard to install. I spoke to Wade at The Mustang Shop about the issue and he contacted MBRP. MBRP provided assistance, some pictures and a direct contact number. Thank you to Wade for proving excellent customer service in getting my install problem resolved. BTW the new axle back exhaust sounds great!

I've had to call over 6 times for updates, everyone has a different answer. The service department is nice but they just tell you what makes you happen but it's falsified. My credit card was charged on the first call though, they didn't make an error with that.......

I love this place. Easy to deal with they know their stuff. down fall they are so busy can’t get to phone quick but that’s ok I just drive there pretty sweet not having to buy everything from online actually get to look at it before purchasing and can bring in parts to match it if needed. Thanks guys!

I have been using them for a few years with no issues until I bought a set of headlights for my 1970 Mustang. They did not fit. It took 3 emails ,4 calls to get told they are supposed to fit and that I can call the Manufacturer(Anzo). I couldn't believe it. So I did. When i called the manufacturer they said shallow buckets in my car so the lights will not fit. I then reached back out to The Mustang Shop. I then received an email that they called a client of theirs to see as he had a similar model and purchased these headlights and he said he had to enlarge the holes in the back of his headlight buckets for them to fit and that it was no big deal". Not offering to refund after i had paid $45 delivery to get these. No big deal(WOW) on a finished car with headlights that were supposed to fit. This will be my last purchase from here. When dealing with the competition in the states they definitely handle problems better. When you are on hold The Mustang Shop says they know mustangs but clearly they don't know a 1970."

My car is a 1969 mustang just a basic driver I had to wait a YEAR!!! for body parts because they forgot to order everything I needed now I’m waiting on basic brakes and a transmission and rims nothing special nothing race quality beginner stuff that should be easy to get they don’t have it in stock? I’m worried it will take forever to get these basic parts. but at least what parts I do have are of very good quality and I’m sure once I actually get the parts they will all work

Good place for parts however I ordered my part and got an email confirming it was in stock but was not shipped out for a full 7 days later. Waited 2 weeks for a part.

Incredible one stop shop with everything One could need, very friendly and accommodating even stayed open after hours as we were coming in from out of town. Phone lines are a bit of a wait but have a website and shop for faster service. So thrilled we have found this place.

Ordered some magnum 500 rims, paid for them, was told 3-4 weeks to get them and ship them out. It’s been 11 weeks. Emailed three times, no response. Called twice and sat on hold for 30 mins each time. Never got through. I would like my order cancelled and I’ll deal someplace else. I’m out the money for my wheels and center caps and I can’t get through to get an update or cancel the order. This is ridiculous. Will be calling my credit card company to investigate. I feel stolen from. UPDATE: call received from Blair, I think we have it sorted out but will update my review further once I receive the wheels. I do appreciate the call but it shouldn’t take my credit card company, and a Google review to finally hear from this company. I understand stuff happens and if I receive the goods in the time said I will bring my star rating up. Thank you for the call.
