Motel et Condo Chez Charley

We stayed here for two nights while skiing at Mont Ste-Anne. The condo was nice and clean, furnishings were in good order, beds and bedding were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Price is very reasonable - good value. Recommended!

Great stay, would stay again. Staff was super friendly! Room was clean, carpet had a bit of a musty smell...but not very noticeable...for a motel...i mean...it was stellar.

I had a good experience staying at Chez Charley. The rooms are clean and is a good value for money overall.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, and the location is beautiful. The drive to and from Québec is splendid, especially at sunset. Our room wasn't top notch though: it could have used a bit more cleaning, and the window had to be kept open using a piece of wood.

Gets the job done at a very good price. Service was acceptable, the room was sparse but nice. The bedrooms were cute and functional. Our three bedroom condo needed better TV watching furniture, the futon needed moving and wasn't good. Lots of parking and very close to food options. Sleeping beside a highway is a little rough but you can't win them all. We would stay again.

Been here couple of times. Cleans place, family friendly, wifi, this time they had painting for sale in the suites, just a walk to Tim Hortons

Lots of pros...We stayed in the 2 bedroom suiteupper floor (condo no. 1) with kitchen, sitting area etc. Very clean, spatious, close to ammenities like coffee shops, & close to Quebec city for sightseeing. Decor and look of the place is not modern but who cares...as it is very clean and we came to have a sleep break from driving and to explore Quebec city the next day. Location of the motel/condo isn't scenic but it is a practical location.More important is that it was very clean throughout, showers are hot, and there is air conditioning. Also we liked having a fridge. Beds were comfortable and cozy. We didn't sit on balcony but it is a nice have. Price is excellent. I hope they keep up with cleaning, and updating these condos in future. Already I see some touch ups need to be done.Con: We didn't like that it is situated beside a busy road and sound proofing could be better. You hear the cars. But price was good for summer.

Have been there for the first time by recommendation of my friend. Very satisfied, clean, the service is very good. Will come back.

I stayed at this motel visiting from Toronto, and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with my visit. The stay was effortless, checkin was smooth and the staff speaks english without problem. The room was great, mini fridge set nicely and ice tray already loaded up, A/C was A+, shower/tub was fantastic and good water pressure / temperature. Bed was good, TV was a flat screen and had good speakers. Room cleanliness was fantastic, with attention to detail. Lots of storage space for clothes and jackets etc. I stayed for 5 nights with my partner and I would highly recommend the motel to anyone staying in the area! Free parking and wifi was a bonus as well! The wifi was quick as well, netflix and everything else worked flawlessly.

Cannot say enough! I previously booked last year but had to cancel due toy mums ill health(they were visiting from Scotland) their trip got cancelled. Joanne was so understanding that when my parents were able to come.this year i immediately booked. We have had a wonderful visit. Joanne is awesome! The two bedroom unit is just perfectSuper well equipped and clean. Well.located. cant say enough. If we return to Quebec again ,we will be sure to book here!Great access to local points of interest and great places to eat.I can see the beautiful basilica from my room all floodlit.Leaving tomorrow Montreal..wish we had more time.herThanks for everything Joanne!
