Never go to these people ever I bought the car fromthem. Bad experience in short I say. I highly recommend to not buy cars from them. Save your money and time worth spending somewhere else. So rude customer service wasted my months and months fighting to get help.

My son purchased a car in New Dundee from a private seller and we live 3 hours away.We wanted to get the car looked at by a good honest mechanic and knew nobody in the area.I found Bechtel Motors on google and they had great reviews so I called and Jeff answered the phone and within 5 min I knew he was going to take care of us well.Thank you Jeff for the most amazing honest and caring service you gave us!It was so nice to find a garage so far away from home that cared.

Jeff is great and always gives us fantastic service. We've been going here for about a year and never had a bad experience yet. Highly recommend. We've brought both a Chevy pickup and Honda sedan here and they were extremely helpful with both.

This is a great mechanic to have in your pocket if you're in a jam. I've never had an issue with any work completed and if you are experiencing an emergency they will work with you to try and find room for you. Very reliable and honest.

Very bad place to get service they waste so much time of yours. I would highly recommend spend your money to somewhere else. They charge me so much money which was not even a agreement.
