Excellent service! I brought Charlie a picture of what we wanted and he made the most beautiful custom engagement ring. He was super easy to work with and turn around time was great. He takes a lot of pride in his work and creates superb quality pieces. Overall amazing experience and I would recommend anybody looking for Jewelry stop in and take a look.

Great experience during my first visit to Elgin Jewellers. I was looking for an affordable gift for my sister, the staff member who assisted me was friendly and patient. She showed my all the options within my price range and didn’t push me to make a quick decision. They had a huge range of products and I was excited to see that they sold Pandora Jewelry - which is what I ended up going for today.

Charles and everyone else at elgin jewlers are amazing. He made a stunning piece for me. Charles and all the ladies that work there were extremely helpful and amazing to work with. Made the whole process so easy and kept me informed along the way. I learned so much from this experience. It was just buying a ring. It was finding out where the diamond came from and everything else. I highly recommend them.

The sales clerks were very friendly and helpful when serving my elderly cousin who lives over in Chesley. This jewelry store was highly recommended by a competitor jewelry store over in Hanover, as the place to go for Pandora charms and bracelets.
